Marial Shayok
Nick Weiler-Babb
Lindell Wiggington
Talen Horten Tucker - Expected 1st round
Tyrese Halibuerton - Unsure he declares but would draft him 1st round
Jon Teske
Charles Matthews
Jordan Poole - Expected 1st
Iggy Brazdeikis - Expected 1st/Early 2nd
Cassius Winston - 2nd round
Miye Oni - Expected 2nd round, should be 1st round
Kerwin Roach - Expected 2nd
Markus Howard - Expected 2nd
Udoka Azbuike
Jarrey Foster
Zach Norvell Jr
Matisse Thybulle - Expected 2nd, should be 1st round
Cam Johnson - Expected 2nd, should be 1st round
Bruno Fernando - Expected 2nd, should be 1st round
Jalen McDaniels - Should be mid to late 1st
That's roughly 19 guys that are expected to be picks #25 and later. |
Bruno was expected to go early second LAST year. But this year he’s been pretty firmly locked into 5-10 range. I think I saw him as high 3 at one point. He’s been my guy since last year and have advocated highly for him. If he’s there when we pick him, that’s my guy. |
Where in the world is he anywhere 5-10?!?
I wouldn't draft him that high. _________________ Resident Car Nut.

Grant Williams
Mark Aguirre
Adrian Dantley
Corliss Williamson
Danny Fortson
Jarnell Stokes |
Watched Grant today. He's not a great athlete, way in between positions a shade over 6'5". He is a college star because of his pure aggression but pj washington punched him in the mouth and he didn't respond. Looked soft once he was challenged physically |
Yet I get a feeling Grant may be drafted higher than PJ anyway. _________________ Resident Car Nut.

Those are my guys as of right now. |
All of those names make sense to me except Langford. Do you think he'll shoot in the pros? |
His form Is too good for it to not eventually come around. I’d like to get more feedback from shooting drills in individual workouts before I’d take him over the other guys. But mid first, I’ll take him and hope the jumpshot confidence comes around. |
Is it? I've never seen the same shot twice from him. _________________ Resident Car Nut.

Fully disagree with Barrett. The Booker comparison is a bad one. Barrett is an incredible athlete and has extremely good size and length. This means he can be a great defender. He's also an underrated passer. His upside is closer to Kobe and T-MAC. I know, comparisons to greats tend to rub people the wrong way but in terms of ceiling, those make more sense. Granted, he can end up flopping more like Wiggins but we will see. My point is, he has incredible potential.
Porter on the other hand doesn't seem made for todays NBA. |
Would strongly disagree on calling Barrett and incredible athlete, or having upside closer to Tmac or Kobe.
As for Porter, his game is the most suited for the modern NBA. _________________ Resident Car Nut.

Saw a couple games early in the season. Haven't watched since. I don't think he's top 60 right now. _________________ Resident Car Nut.

The current consensus is that he'll be the first center taken. I like him, but I don't see the Lakers having the patience to develop him. |
Shouldn't matter. Can't rely on a rookie for immediate impact in regards to playoffs. _________________ Resident Car Nut.

I'll come around on Barrett I guess, but he still feels like a counting stats/poor BPM/RPM guy for his first contract, especially if he lands on a team without a clear primary initiator on it.
It's always good to overlap with you on outlier guys like Porter and Clarke. _________________ Under New Management |

they keep talking about how they have never seen anyone blow out a shoe that way.....which is weird, i have seen that happen multiple times in NBA games. Didn't Nick Young blow his out a few seasons ago? |

The DH tome was a doozy and damn impressive. Sad to lose his Trae Young tweets for the time being. _________________ Under New Management |
