Doesn't make any sense to have all the shooters on the 2nd unit and not playing with LeBron.

That's why it's simple .. choose between LeBron and the young guys.

2nd lineup:

Seth
Reddick
Reddish
Bron
Kuzma

That would be the worst defensive team in history

deadly though

One guy we should stay away from is Mirotic. What a brick layer that guy is.

He's a good player

Not showing it when it counts. Vladimir Radmonivic the second when he was on the Lakers

You have some weird takes. You want Randle back, but he hasn't shown anything when it counts. The pelicans played better when it was AD and Mitoric as opposed to AD and Randle. Yes, Mitoric is good, and if the Lakers strike out, they should look to bring him in.

That’s your opinion...I disagree. You’re right Randle hasn’t been in any important games but he’s been tending up. I just think the he’s going to keep getting better. Mirotic is overrated IMO...and it would be a huge mistake to give him anything north of $6 million a year.

Guys there is NO chance Lebron will be ok without a 2nd star here, unless AD is shipped off to a random team such as Denver/POR and he tells Rich/Lebron and Lakers that he will be coming.

We should stop dreaming up these scenarios. If we can't sign someone, we will overpay if need be for a star in a trade (CJ/Beal/Aldridge)

At least I wouldn't have to watch brick after brick with that unit

What can Klay get now from GSW vs us now that he missed the super max?

1. App. $36.5 mil
2. Playing with Steph

meh if that was his last contract i agree

but u r comparing 4years to 5years.

lets compare the 4yr contract value from gsw vs other team

Let’s not, it is unlikely that Klay signs for 4 years with GS.

Klay really wants to prove he can win as a second banana on another team.

Kwahi isn't coming here. Why would he turn down the super max and easier trips to the finals?

He's not eligible for the supermax, not with the team that drafted him.

He won't do it again to play with a worse team and a toxic "leader."

How far do you think Butler + LeBron and the Young core go next year?

The question is why he goes to the Lakers instead of the better LA team.

2nd round maybe. Need shooting to make it to Finals and adding Jimmy Butler to one of the worst shooting teams in the NBA won't get it done. Ingram/Ball/Kuz agent going to magically become >36% shooters.

Well, a healthy summer of hard work could do wonders.

Are the Clippers even better than the Lakers? I know they made the playoffs, but we had some major injuries.

Doesn’t kemba being eligible for the super max make it harder for the Hornets to keep him? So they basically get the privilege to pay him more to miss the playoffs.

K is an odd bird. If I had to guess, he'll want to pick his next
Team regardless of how the season ends. Maybe a 1-1 and then
Max out. Not saying he'll come to the Lakaers, just that he'll want
to pick a city/team he likes and make money there; IMO.

I think both parties are ready to go in separate ways. Honestly, no matter what you think of Mitch, why does he take that job if Jordan is just going to keep their roster on the lower end of mediocrity and capped out? I think Mitch knew he would have to basically set at his desk for a year or two...then after next season begin making decisions to build a new team.
