If Jesse Buss is making them yes. Very strong record of immediate contributors (Kuz, Nance, Clarkson) or project guys with upside (Zubac, Bryant).

Magic/Pelinka took Wagner, who is neither of these things.

Who did Jesse want?

Mitchell Robinson was the guy we supposedly gave a promise to and then radio silence until draft time.

Way too early to right Wagner off though... maybe he can be a Big Baby type player. Comes in and gives offensive spark, and energy, and passion. But hopefully he has a 10+ year career

Twice to be exact.

I don’t think we’re getting him, but I’m kind of ok with that. I have a lot of faith in the young guys, and I’m not a huge fan of selling literally everything we have for one guy.

AD: All 29 teams are on my list.

Press: Boston is on his list!

Cleveland, Charlotte, Phoenix: Anyone buying this?

but Cleveland, Charlotte and Phoenix do not meet his qualifier of "winning".....it feels like he cracked the door enough for Danny Ainge to justify going after him.

To be fair, he was specifically asked about Boston and he replied and confirmed that they were and stated he never said they weren’t on his list.

So that whole thing with his dad's comments about Boston? He was totally unaware of that? At least stick to your guns man. This backtracking after the fact just insults everyone's intelligence.

Well, that didn't change anything.

Going to come down to how aggressively Rich Paul tries to scare off potential trade partners.

Given his bad pr, it makes sense for him to say that in front of cameras. Behind the scenes let Rich tell gms who he prefers to play with and possibly re-sign with.

All star weekend is here... that likely means that Carmelo has already made his decision and we will know either by today or tomorrow, everyone knows no matter how irrelevant Melo is right now, he can still create a shock wave with his decision to join a team during all star weekend.

Should be GS and be Iguodala's back up

Carmelo/Dray/Cousins on the same team is to much for Kerr to handle.

Celtics fans are emboldened. They really think they can get him without giving up Tatum (or even Smart).

Would you guys be okay with this scenario in FA:

Knicks sign Irving
Clippers sign Kawhi and Durant
Lakers sign Jimmy Butler and DeMarcus Cousins

Clippers obviously win the jackspot, but Lakers still end up Improving the team in a big way, Knicks sign Kyrie Irving to fill the seats.

GT mentioned Thursday night that he’s hoping we didn’t give up Zu’s ridiculously low cap hold for no reason what so ever. He’s also hoping the front office isn’t completely that dumb and the reason for trading Zu is because the big free agents haven’t said “No” to the Lakers yet.

Let’s hope GT right, I’m pretty sure if we can sign a game changer then the Zubac trade makes it less stingy for the Zu lovers.
