we landed 2 6th men of the year candidates both whom have made us better. Gasol was signed for post season. Wes was a solid pick up who we thought would have been a bit better but there is still time. Kieff for cheap.

DS and Harrel made us better in imaginary world

Trezz has been ok...but honestly not like we desperately needed him. Schroder has been fine....better than anything we had last year. Now Gasol has been a disaster and will be worse in the playoffs....expect to see AD playing most of the 5 in the playoffs. Wes has also been disappointing.

Yea, I got a feeling Lakers wont be making any trades. Will be entirely buyout market.

Great move by the Rockets to sign Justin Patton to a 2 way deal.

Stares at the useless Kostas taking up a 2 way roster spot.

Kostas is 1 useless player. I think the roster has 4 useless players: Kostas. Cacok, Dudley, Cook.

You guys are a bit delusional if you don’t mind me saying . Last year bron had a huge rest. Not so much this year. We got younger and better. Plus Howard hasn’t been poster boy for health. He isn’t getting rest either. Ds has proven to bea strong defender as has trezz.

I was with you until the bolded. And I don't even know how you can confidently say the underlined. Maybe you have a time machine.

People said the same thing about Rondo last year around this time of the season.

Probably nothing to see here but Harrell hardly played down the stretch, he was scoring at will, doesn’t matter if Lopez was scoring on him.. something to keep a eye on.

Who? We’re tired. In a funk. This happens. If ds were here we would be Winning. Can’t take away a teams 2-3 best players and expect to win against hungry teams pre all star break

All I know is that this team has serious flaws and we've been coasting on wins against terrible teams for this entire season (barely eeking out wins at that). Now that we dont have AD we cant even get a win against the wizards. DS has been awful this season so I doubt he would've made a difference.

Our offense was garbage even when Schroder was playing

Its 2013 all over again. Expectations never accomplished.

Nash and Dwight on the cover of Sports Illustrated

What were Dwights parting words to Mitch?

‘Fix this s**t!’ As were swept away by the Spurs.

We were coming off a Championship and had the 2nd best record in the league 32 games in?

We were elite on both sides of the ball when healthy. Ds alone IMO we win last 2.

It's been so long since the Lakers have been championship caliber folks have forgotten the hangover vibe of the repeat season. Combine that with injury and an ongoing pandemic and you get a pre-ASB mini-slump.

Chill vibes.

I know THT has a lot of fans but if someone offers something good you gotta listen if you are Pelinka. he’s to young to make a difference right now and that’s not gonna cut it when we are trying to win now.

For the right player, I'd trade anybody on our team. It does feel like we have more guards than we can use.

2011 is probably a better comp. Late prime Kobe and Gasol was still great with most of the team from year before + good bench additions in Barnes and Blake. Like that team it seems this team might not have what it takes if it runs into a hot team or a super team in the playoffs.

The Los Angeles Lakers are waiving guard Quinn Cook, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Teams are expected to express interest in Cook, who has served as a reliable guard and locker room voice for two title teams in LA and Golden State.
