He can make plays for others |
We are in a win now mode. Can’t find guys like him who can make and create plays for a minimum. Some people just need to put that for perspectiv instead of looking for that supposedly his lack of D at meaningless game at the end last season. |

He should be getting 24 minutes a game once healthy. Rondo Kuz Howard are a great trio coming of the bench.
He's the playmaker this team has been missing, and Kuzma benefits the most with Rondo back. |

I have always liked Rondo's game alot, but I still don't like him on the floor with James. It worked for a night, but over the long haul that bad fit will surely rear its' ugly head.
Rondo is not the penetrator/shot-creator this team needs. That hasn't changed one bit for me. _________________ A creative scorer, a wing defender, and a shooter. |

I just hope he can stay healthy. Once he develop his game with Kuz and Dwight it will be unstoppable bench. |

at all you arm chair coaches who seem to know the game better than Rondo, Vogel, Lebron and others just because of the garbage games you saw towards the end of last season.
Relax! Vogel knows what he's doing and playing Rondo at times with Lebron will relieve Bron of the burden of always having to make plays for others.. sometimes I'm sure Lebron will prefer to be spoon-fed some easy baskets. |

Rondo made some passes last night that the other guards on the team just don't make. Some off of the PnR and being able to throw over to top when teams front LeBron/AD. Guards aren't as aggressive with him as a ball handler either due to his lack of a scoring threat.

Rondo won't play tonight from what Frank said yesterday.
Two of our top 7 guys will be out in AD and Rondo, and in the case of AD, our #1 guy in value (if you account D impact). Coming of a b2b .... against a weak Warriors team led by a former Laker.
Trap game. |

Dang. Rondo is in our top 7...
Well, I guess top 8 if you consider him more valuable than McGee. |

Veteran guys like him don’t really get up on those garbage games. KCP is one of those guys licking their chops when theres little pressure. |

I think he gets into the top 7 automatically just by being the only guard on our team who can dribble the ball |

He did pretty well with Bron this last game imo. Got Lebron a few easy chippies.
On a tangent, what's the deal with his calf? Is this going to be an ongoing thing? _________________ KOBE |

He wasn't cleared by medical staff to play back to backs yet. So he was scratched from this game days ago. I'm thinking they'd put the reason down as still recuperating from his calf. |

I completely agree. Yes he looked solid tonight but as the season drags on and teams are coming ready to exploit Rondo lineups we can get exposed.
And I said it many times, even more valuable than a floor general is a high twitch slasher who doesnt even have to be a very good passer or shooter but can just take off from a screen and fly in hard to the hoop for the finish or foul with the occasional kick out or dump off to the rolling center. _________________ (bleep) Kawhi |

How about the arm chair coaches who overreact to one game?
I think Rondo at no more than 15 mpg _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

By the end of the year hopefully that guard will be THT |

The eye test correlates. They rather sag on Rondo then open the lanes for Lebron. It’s an awkward fit offensively plus both have fallen off defensively. |

Shot some much needed 3's
Still a liability on defense
15 points though is fantastic and 2 rebounds? I'll take it |
