Receivers who don't go get the ball, allow it to hit their bodies are susceptible to missing easy catches because to ball will sometime bounce off their bodies or pads. Jerry rice always went after the ball, seldom did he allow it to come to him. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

We got hosed on that call.
The guard clearly came out of his stance first. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

Run Run Run. Use as much of the play clock as you can. Ponies don't have any time outs.

Up here in NorCal, we rarely see a Rams game as those awesome Niners or the even awesomer Raiders are usually on. Then comes the time when neither is on and . . . we get to see the freeking Cowboys.
So, I didn't see the game, but did see extended highlights. From these, Troy Hill, who only played 61% of the defensive downs, seemed to get burned regularly. Any other observations on this? _________________ "A metronome keeps time by using a Ringo" |

Quote: | Addressing the media postgame, Kupp said he was feeling “alright” with his knee feeling “kind of stiff,” but added that he felt like he’d be good going forward. He also noted that despite the fact that the play where he got hurt was a penalty, he wasn’t angry with Broncos safety Darian Stewart.
“You never want to get hurt, but I hold no ill-will towards Stewart. I know he wasn’t doing it with any kind of malice or anything like that,” Kupp said. “He checked on me during the game — came out during the second half, asked if it was good. But it’s a game. It’s tough, I know if I was playing defense and that was the only way that I was going to be able to get someone down, in the heat of the moment it’s tough to know if you make that tackle or let that guy go. It’s tough, I understand it, I understand why it’s a penalty too obviously — you want to avoid guys getting hurt — upset obviously that I got hurt, but I’m not holding any ill-will towards Stewart.”
Kupp will likely undergo further tests to determine with certainty the severity of his knee injury on Monday. |

Troy Hill is garbage. Got torched in preseason as well. Can't understand why he's on the squad. He played decent in last years playoff game vs ATL... But that's it.
The defense as a whole is suspect and Peters isn't playing good TEAM ball. He's just reading the backfield trying to get a pick and he gets torched with double moves more than he should. The DLine doesnt get enough pressure on the QB. AD is the only one getting consistent pressure.. But they are lacking on the defensive end right now. Not gonna cut it in the post season. _________________ "Dread it, run from it... destiny arrives all the same." |

Rams’ WR Cooper Kupp suffered an MCL sprain Sunday and his team thinks he “could miss some time, but not sure yet,” per source.

Here's a fun fact:
The Rams have won MORE games than the three other teams in their division COMBINED...!

Rams Injury Report:
Quote: | “Got a little knee sprain right there, he’s going to be week-to-week. Most likely, he probably will miss this week’s game,” McVay said. “And then depending upon how he responds, it’ll just kind of be on a week-to-week basis.”
McVay said the Rams could bring back a receiver the club has history with for this week, or L.A. may have wide receiver Robert Woods take over Kupp’s duties for the full week |
Quote: | Elsewhere on the injury front, McVay said each of left guard Rodger Saffold (knee sprain), outside linebacker Matt Longacre (back spasms), and defensive lineman Michael Brockers (shoulder sprain) should be able to play against the 49ers in Week 7.
Additionally, McVay said kicker Greg Zuerlein has a chance to return this week. |

ESPN and NFL.com have the Rams ranked #1. No brainer. Vegas has the Rams favored by 10 at SF. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

Quote: | It looks like Greg Zuerlein will be back this week for the Los Angeles Rams. the team announced on Tuesday that it has signed wide receiver Nick Williams and waived Cairo Santos, signaling the return of Zuerlein. |
Santos did okay but it seemed to me his range was limited to around 40 yds. The offense hasn't had too many problems moving the ball into the opponents territory this season so getting the Leg back will mean even more scoring drives. _________________ "Suck it up. We will see if they really are number 1 when they face the Packers fresh from a bye week |

Though the Packers are always a challenge with Aaron Rodgers, I worry more about New Orleans on the road and KC, and worry as much about Detroit and Chicago on the road in the cold, and Philly.
The Rams have a brutal schedule. To come out 13-3 will be quite an accomplishment. _________________ "A metronome keeps time by using a Ringo" |

Could've had a touchdown there if the two Rams defensive players didn't fight each other for the ball instead of the safety. |
