He passes when he should shoot. Gotta work on softening his layup. He bangs to many. Zo's a work in progress. I'm pulling for him.

McVay needs to do a better job with his playcalling. Need to see some jetsweep action, sweeps/pitches and screens. Last 2 games looked like Jeff Fisher was coaching again at times.
