Good game by DM though. That rook looks good.
Caruso is a decent backup PG.
We have a lot of 'decent' players. |

And that's why you're not a GM. |
I'm willing to bet he's not even a GM of a fantasy league. |

There will be plenty of reg season games for Luke to lose for us. My only hope is Zo will make up for bad coaching. |

Slowly sinking in that Lakers traded away the wrong player. Ingram should have gone in the D’Angelo trade |

Damn, I love me some BI...but he's not ready. He needs a year on the bench unless we plan to lose 60 games. He doesn't have the strength to play the time of game he wants to play.
Lonzo
KCP
Kuzma
Nance
Lopez
Start and then have
Caruso
JC
BI
Randle
Zu/Bogut
Come off the bench as the high energy, low IQ crew. |

Like maybe Kyle Kuzma. Not BI trying to stuff it over Gobert. |
Nah, just play the right way. No hero ball. |
Just this argument means we are in trouble UNLESS Ball really makes a massive difference _________________ Llluuukkkeee |

Ingram just ignored the offense at the end. He needs to get chewed the hell out. |

If Ingram were Westbrook or Harden, he gets that call.
Overall, I like the progress over the last two games.
If Lonzo stays healthy, I'll enjoy watching this season until the cavalry arrives next year. |

Lakers were starting to go way up. Then it's Randle at center versus Gobert until Utah has all the momentum. Sure, small ball is in vogue, but matchups still matter and Utah executed on it's strategy to key on that mismatch. |

We barely go through Lopez when he's the only scorer in the lineup that Luke started tonight.
He sat Ingram so long because the other unit was doing well and Kuzma, Randle, and Caruso all had a good chemistry going.
He puts BI back in and after about 3 straight plays it's obvious BI is cold.
Luke's solution is to bring back in Lopez to match up size wise with Gobert... and then bench Randle, and play Ingram at the power forward and then finally moves Kuzma to the 3.
Because playing Kuzma, Randle and Lopez made too much sense and Ingram promptly got his layup smacked by Gobert when he actually tried to overpower him to the rim after failing to overpower Joe Johnson.
It's painfully obvious that Luke is nowhere near ready to be an NBA coach, and the fact he has no viable X's and O's guy OR even a defensive assistant is severely hindering our team. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

Garbage rotations by Luke... Carusso should be nowhere near an NBA court. |

Who cares if it's preseason. Both teams were trying to win the game and Luke doesn't have a clue. |

Nah, if you've watched any nets preseason games...DLO isn't very good, like at all. DLO wasn't traded because of his BB skills, he was traded away because of his lack of dedication to his craft and locker room issues. BI sucks right now too, but at least he's working on it... |
