Glad to be wrong about him (and Dwight). He's been a real pleasant surprise on this team. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

start the man. He is automatic from 3 and will let it fly. I wonder how many of lebrons assist come from this man. He also keeps getting these easy lobs to our bigs. |

I was dead wrong about KCP earlier in the season. Guy has been one of (if not the most) consistent shooter we have. |

Just good, all around, actually. Not what I would have expected after the last couple years. Now I even root for him to come in. |

The Klutch tax seems like the Klutch gift now .
I'm happy for the team and KCP, he started really bad and was able to recover. He also seems like a good guy too |

Yep. Although for "some" reason (2 years of mediocrity dies hard? ) whenever he shoots I STILL think nah it won't, but, yes it has!
We need him to play well badly, especially since Kuz is still Kuz. What a pleasant surprise his play has been. 42% long ball! _________________ Lakers fan since that Magical day June 25, 1979. |

Did this man just air-balled 3 consecutive trey's by 3 feet each? Maddening.

Yep. A good argument could be made for either one of them being the best player behind Lebron/AD. KCP is at the point where every time the ball leaves his hands I feel like it's going in. Man, what a mountain both of these dudes have climbed. _________________ KOBE |

Agreed. He's one of the best beside and alongside the two. He hasn't been thowing up bad shots and looks better on help defense even. I want him out there with LBJ and AD more, starter minutes even. |

Bumping KCP's thread to give him props. He was overshadowed by Bradley and Kuz today, but damn, he showed some amazing poise down the stretch. It's crazy how he's gone from a guy you could count on to make the silliest mistakes in crunch time and generally be a hot mess, to this.
Have Lakers fans as a whole gone from hating on the one-year contracts we gave him the past three summers to hoping we can get a reasonable long-term deal done this time? Sign me up for 2-3 more years! |

I think overall their impact is pretty even. What's more interesting to me is their salary. _________________ "He's a Zen master, so he can speak to you, and he doesn't need a microphone; you can hear him in your head, 'Ron, don't shoot, don't shoot.' Yeah. Best part is just having two guys you can somewhat reliably throw in those crunch time lineups with Lebron and AD. Along with Bradley and Caruso's emergence (hopefully Kuz if his current trajectory continues on defense and he starts hitting some threes), we have several late game perimeter options we can go to that we weren't projected to have at the beginning of the season. |

AB has really turned up the effort level, and it's pretty much a must for him to play like that and get in people's faces in order to have impact, because otherwise he's just a short dude who guys can push around and shoot over on defense. We missed this version of AB from earlier in the season, and it's not surprising that our defensive intensity has gone up again now with him setting the tone. |

If AB can continue to shoot at close to 40% from 3, he will be a huge piece on this team going forward. |
