Teams legit look for him on switches.

Yeah this, I cringed when he switched onto Kyrie late in the fourth.

Offense well and truly makes up for it but he won't be a flat out star with that defense

It's Kyrie Irving. Outside of maybe Lonzo...nobody on this team could've done anything.

Ingram was doing a great job all game anytime he was on him.. The defense of Kuz def. could have been better but I have nothing bad to say about him tonight with how well he played offensively and he made a ton of just good decisions as well.

I don't like the way he speaks sometimes, but we legit need more people willing to take the game on. This picture is a great one, Lebron was open but so was he, he took the shot, nailed it, up by 1

Who didn't see that coming? There was no reason to have Kuz on at that time.

Imagine if we had Kobe and T-Mac on the same team.

How many people do you think would be going "OMG WE GOT KOBE AND T-MAC ON THE SAME TEAM" vs the people going "KOBE IS BETTER THAN T-MAC/T-MAC BETTER THAN KOBE" on a game by game basis?

Umm. Shaq and Kobe. People still meet in Temecula for that.

Everyone says Kuzma is such a bad defender, but is it due to lack of effort, lack of athleticism, lack of defensive technique knowledge or may poor reflexes/response time?

Can his defense improve?

Even TNT was hyping these shoes for Nike last night. Things couldn't have gone better for them. Both Kuz and Tatum had great games and neither got injured.

He just seems like he has really poor reaction time to me. He definitely has the athleticism to be a good defender and he seems to actually care. But yeah, he needs to work on it.

I watched Kuz and Tatum in the rising stars game last year and I thought Kuz out played him. Looking forward to watching them again this year.

Also Kuz was chosen to compete in the skills competition this year.

He will be busy all star weekend.

Kuz highlights from last night. Anybody notice Lebron begging for the ball in the corner on that go ahead 3? Kuz has a lot of guts to waive him off and take the shot. lol

That's the one thing about Kuzma and Ingram they are not afraid of the moment. Love it.

Luke pulled him on some defensive possessions. Good to see him shoot the ball finally but he needs to grab some boards.

His footwork is horrible on the defensive end.

His footwork is horrible on the defensive end.

He played some good defense in just a small stretch at one point. I think his stance was a little lower then . Now he has reverted to defending at a high stance instead of getting low.
