You're probably right. This one really went off the tracks. |
Thought we were all done and moved on?
But since y'all want to be right...
The original question was, "Are any rafter Lakers ringless?'
What is your answer to that?
Yes? |
Here's a fun one.
Dion Waiters started the season with the Heat and he's ending it with the Lakers. So if the Heat win, they might offer him a ring. And if he takes it, in your view, he won't be "ringless," even though the ring came from the team that he lost to in the finals.
Ah, semantics. You are oodles of fun! |
Yep...I'm so impressed with how clever each of you are. #SoProud
Now explain how he gets into the Hall.
You can do it! #BelieveInYou |
Here's another fun one: I am 100% certain that whichever team wins the finals this year will retire Lebron's jersey. |

Looks like you've been studying at Stu's Captain Obvious School for the Blind again.
Hope the tuition wasn't too expensive.
Of course you know you're beating a dead horse.
Of course you know the original question was if any retired number was ringless.
And it only took you 48+ hours to come up with these childish quips!
You're really progressing. I'm very proud. Thank you for all you do to show the world the best version of yourself.

I wouldn't call this an argument as much as boredom between games.
Just a bunch of childishness on all our parts that hopefully runs it's course soon.
I will give Beir, Spanish8, and ActiveAdverb high marks for stamina though. _________________ "If You're Afraid To Fail...Then You're Probably Going To Fail."

Quote: | LeBron James has made it known to top officials at USA Basketball that he wants to play in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, but the uncertainty surrounding the 2020-21 NBA season has made planning next to impossible.
“I was told he wants to plan on being able to play, but no one can totally commit under these circumstances,” USA Basketball managing director Jerry Colangelo told BasketballNews.com on Thursday.

Dude, I don't care about "the original question." That was done with long ago. The discussion, like every discussion, has shifted to related but different things. |

Discussion?
That's what this is?
Thanks...Hard Pass.

I’m not loving his record in Finals game 1’s I can tell you that much. It’s hard not to believe in him from what I’ve seen so far in these playoffs but I think we’ll all have a better grasp of what to expect after tonight.
These “feeling out your opponent” games haven’t treated us super well this postseason either. Hopefully we’ll respond more like we did vs. Denver and less like we did vs. Portland/Houston. |

Yeah I'm expecting freight train LBJ tonight and then we can get more cerebral once the Heat adjust.
Something tells me they're going to use the defense they used against Giannis and force him to be a passer. Guys have to knock down open looks tonight.
I have a lot of faith in Vogel's ability to stifle their offense though.
I know Miami is mentally tough, but I do feel like they're getting overhyped at this point. _________________ "If You're Afraid To Fail...Then You're Probably Going To Fail."

LBJ will be in attack mode early in the 1st Q. This is a different final for LBJ. This is dedicated to #Kobe. This is against his former team. |

Yes same defense but they collapse more on the baseline as Lebron has no floaters on his arsenal. Danny Green and KCP has to knock them open jumpers and make the Heat adjust. |

Yea in his interview he mentioned playing against Miami gives him no added motivation. Well I doubt that lol |

Him willing to defer to AD had been huge for the Lakers this year... Everyone knows he’s the better player but the confidence he has or giving AD has been the key.

I don’t feel it’s needed when they can’t stop AD having his way but there are gonna be some close games for sure. |
