How do you train against a sprained ankle?

By giving out training advice on LG of course.

As for Lonzo, definitely need him more than any other young player.

And it's not even close. There is a reason why Gentry wanted Lonzo...

Will be very interesting to see how the Lakers handle Lonzo this summer. If they trade him, it better be for a guy that makes up for everything Lonzo does for the Lakers because as we've seen, even an NBA Champion PG like Rondo can't duplicate Lonzo's effect on this team's offense AND defense.

Lonzo vs Kuzma or Ingram? I'm keeping Lonzo all day...

Yes you can train to prevent the severity and frequency of ankle injuries.

I'm not 100% sure about this but a while a go i remember reading about how they made him change certain movements that put more pressure on the ankles and shifted it to the hip area instead, not certain about this tho.

Wasn't there also a body transformation too? Lonzo worked on his upper body but now he needs to get those chicken legs stronger.

This X 100. A stronger base would help with his shot too.

Since you only have five posts, I hope you won’t be offended when I just nuke this account and ask you to start a new one with an appropriate name.

Hopefully the Lakers FO agrees and other FOs disagree.

Only trading him for PHX pick that can net us Ja Morant other than that Lonzo is untouchable.

Yeah, like his own dad.

Quote:
Sources close to the Ball family told ESPN that Lonzo expressed his concerns about Foster to his father several times over the past few months but deferred to LaVar to manage the situation.

Is anyone really surprised by this BBB debacle?

It's a very sad, all too familiar story.

Watching their reality show, you could just sense he was a yes man/hype man and had bad intentions. Only a matter of time, this is why you have to separate family/friends from business sometimes.

Sad. Hopefully Lonzo will learn from this that he needs to take more control of his life and stop letting others dictate it.
