Today was the Luke Walton signing at Best Buy, it was a lot of fun. No one said anything negative to him, although one guy did go up to him and say, "Why did Brian Cook take that last shot last night?" That was about it.

Luke was very nice, very laid back. I got to chat with him and his girlfriend for a while. The little kids that came up were the cutest.

Anyway, here's a couple pictures:

Forgot to mention, we talked a bit about the Miami/Lakers game and about Bynum's dunk. He said that Bynum was really really nervous before the game and wanted Phil Jackson to at least play him one minute so that he could get the nerves out. He got in the game, then he got dunked on. Jackson is the one that called the play for Bynum to isolate, Luke said everyone was really proud of him for that dunk and Bynum was really excited.

Yeah, Phil got up off the bench and directed the post up. He then casually sat down after Bynum dunked. Great moment. Phil seeing what he was made of and putting him to the test.

Actually, I did hear someone tell him to stop passing and to take more shots or something like that. Luke replied, "I like passing."

Hey I think I saw you there. Nice pictures. Luke was very sweet and it was great to meet him. I wished I would have asked him something but my mind went blank when I got my turn. Maybe there will be a next time.

Appreciate the pics, thanks for sharing

My best bud out here would crack up to know that there have been pics
from signings and other events posted on here for Kobe, Bynum, Kwame,
Wafer, and Green - all posted by male LG'ers in the past week or so...

...and that the Luke Walton post was by a lady

I go to U of Arizona and if you heard the girls out here talk about Luke
you'd think he was Brad Pitt or something.

Drives my buddy INSANE cuz he always goes on about how Luke and
his dad both look like "chro-magnum men." (I actually see what he's
talking about, but neither of them has jack on George Karl in that
department).

Anywho, thanks for sharing
