Not talking about the starters, We know what Griffin/DJ/Gallo can do, Beverly was a good get, but there other role players don't move the needle, I would say they are likely to be a 7th seed in the WC, I'm not trying to act like the Lakers are perfect or anything

Most preseason projections have the Clips at about 45 wins and the 7th seed.

Their X factors, as always, is injuries. If they stay healthy, they'll probably be a playoff team, though probably get bounced in the first round.

Yep, 45-50 wins is there level this season, hopefully Lakers are ready to dethrone them.

I'd be shocked if we make the playoffs. I think our defense and shooting is going to be near the bottom of the league again. In my eyes, this is a year where we hope the key young guys (mainly Ball and Ingram) show enough to attract some free agents here, but I think the team as a whole will suck.

Clippers will be better than last year. They have a real deep team.

Their new PG is exciting, the guy is maybe the most amazing passer in the game.

I don't even think the most avid Clipper hater would think they would be this bad....5-8 record, 6 straight losses and the 4th worst team in the western conference.

Deandre Jordan sucks to bad. God, CP3 made him look like polished (bleep).

Hopefully the Lakers can play them a few more times before Blake returns...

Clippers now get to experience the thrill of having Lou Williams as their best player.

I didn't even realize Gallo had returned. He played two games, injured his butt, and will be out again.

I rather see Blake on the team when we play them again. He usually disappear during crunch time.

This could actually be a good move for them. Dump a star with a huge contract that is never going to win, start the rebuild with Jerry West and load up on some draft picks.

I don't think they did poorly in this. they were going no where and needed to dump him. If they get any notable FAs, it was a good deal. If they swing and miss...oh boy.

lets hope for a strike out.

Can't laugh. They weren't going anywhere and they were proactive in getting something for Blake ( who they could have lost for nothing last summer ) and CP, the same.

If they can get decent things for Jordan and Williams, then I'd be strangely optimistic, if I was a Clipper fan.

Put Jerry West in a room with free agents and maybe good things happen, again.
