Funny how when Republicans win elections, they tell Democrats to listen to the voters and step in line. Suddenly, when Democrats win and have power, Republicans call for unity.

This will get lost like everything else, but I think this is a point worth trying to understand:

538 had Ossoff winning by 1.7 and Warnock by 2.1 points. Ossoff wins by 1.22 and Warnock by 2.08. Why was this almost perfect, as far as polling goes, yet some states were soooooo far off???

MyPillow CEO: Kohl's, Bed Bath and Beyond, Wayfair dropping MyPillow

Quote:
CHASKA, Minn. (FOX 9) - Some retailers are dropping MyPillow products from their stores, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell told FOX 9. This comes following the CEO's repeated claims of fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

Lindell told FOX 9 Bed Bath and Beyond, Kohl's, Wayfair and HEB have all dropped MyPillow because of public pressure on social media he claims is being perpetrated by "leftist groups".
(emphasis mine).

Oh boohoo. Just like this administration, do something stupid and try blaming everyone else for it.

It's going to get a lot better once they confirm Biden's pick to install Nate Silver as Director of Election Rigging.

Don't say that too loud. If those with mad Trump disease get wind of it. . . .

Obam had both houses yet the Obama Must Fail group did a lot to stop many of his proposals. I hope this time the houses will get behind Biden. I honestly feel things will be different time around.

Maybe, since Biden is white.

Trump talked out of pardoning kids and Republican lawmakers

Quote:
Several Republican lawmakers who are alleged to have been involved in the rally that preceded the deadly riot on the US Capitol have sought clemency from Trump before he leaves office, but after meeting with his legal advisers for several hours on Saturday, the President decided he would not grant them, according to two people familiar with his plans.

Those (bleep), wouldn't need a pardon unless they did it. So they are basically admitting it.

Trump is being told by the lawyers he shouldn't pre-emptively pardon himself and his kids. He still has until noon tomorrow tho' to change his mind.

Quote:
“Trump was warned the pardons he once hoped to bestow upon his family and even himself would place him in a legally perilous position, convey the appearance of guilt and potentially make him more vulnerable to reprisals.”

Yeah, that article was encouraging, and made me slightly optimistic that this sh** show won't be as bad as feared. That said, there's plenty of time (18 hours as I write this) for Trump to make a last-minute decision to reverse course and pardon everyone from himself to his family to anyone who supports him. And his dog -- not that he has one, or ever will, but in case he ever gets a dog, then this is a pre-emptive pardon.

Just appoint whomever mayorkas wants for his deputy as the acting, and get to work.

Police in Jordan, MN called out to do a welfare check on Mr. Pillow Guy standing in the cold while hugging a pillow. Turned out to be a cardboard cutout.

Biden needs to make a list of the scariest people (to the GOP) and put one of them as acting head of any department whenever his nominee is held up. Don’t want to confirm Mayorkas in a timely manner? Say hello to acting DHS head Nina Turner.

I'm loving it that those such as Seth Meyers, the MyPillow guy, who hitched their wagon to Trump are beginning to feel the error of their ways where it hurts most, in their pockets. LINK Watch the roaches scurry since the lights are turned on.
