So apparently Gohmert, Jordan, Gaetz, Boebert (who also live tweeted Pelosi’s location during the attack), Taylor/green, Gosar, and Biggs are all on camera giving tours the day before the attack.

Looks like they're great candidates for a Trump pre-emptive pardon.

Here’s a picture of one tour group with Boebert, several of whom participated in the attack the next day:

Perhaps Ghouliani, Meadows, McCarthy, and Nunes took one for the team (undercover, of course).

They really do need to be expelled from Congress and never allowed to run again. If Trump pardons them for fed crimes, hoping a state can go after them or some of the injured go after them in civil cases.

I'm looking all over to find this elsewhere. This is BIG if true. I'm hoping it is, since if so, these lowlifes will be gone from elected office forever.

Katie Hill and Stu Smalley had to go and we're left to suffer individuals like Boebert? Very bad!

I can't believe Matt Gaetz would do something like this. Nope!

CFD cap, Chicago Fire Dept?? Fire fighter or at least a fan? And he bludgeoned a cop with a fire extinguisher, can't make this stuff up.

That's Chicago Fire Dept. beanie, but if was a firefighter, he would have to be retired if he has that beard - I'm 99% sure active fire fighters on CFD can have no more facial than a mustache.

Not Chicago . . . Chester PA. And not in connection with the death of the officer.

CNN

Quote:
Eager for a final taste of the pomp of being president, Trump has asked for a major send-off on Inauguration Day next week, according to people familiar with the matter, before one last presidential flight to Palm Beach.

As one of their final acts, Trump's team is working to organize a crowd to see him off on the morning of Biden's inauguration, when he plans to depart Washington while still president and is expecting a major send-off. Even though some of his allies had encouraged him to attend Biden's inauguration, and Trump quizzed his circle on whether he should, few ever expected him to participate in the swearing-in of his successor.

Trump told people he did not like the idea of departing Washington for a final time as an ex-president, flying aboard an airplane no longer known as Air Force One. He also did not particularly like the thought of requesting the use of the plane from Biden, according to a person familiar with the matter.

Initially, Trump had planned to depart the White House a day early. But he now plans to leave on the morning of January 20. His departure aboard Marine One from the White House South Lawn will likely be visible and audible to the Bidens, who will spend the night before the inauguration at Blair House, across Pennsylvania Avenue from the executive mansion. Its use was offered to them by the State Department rather than the Trumps, who refuse to make contact with the incoming president and first lady.

Final plans for Trump's departure were still being laid a week ahead of time, but Trump has expressed interest to some in a military-style sendoff and a crowd of supporters, according to a person with whom he has discussed the matter. Whether that occurs at the White House, Joint Base Andrews or his final destination -- Palm Beach International Airport -- wasn't clear. Trump is expected to be ensconced in his Mar-a-Lago club or his nearby golf course by noon on Inauguration Day, when his term officially ends.

Such a little man.

AOC already criticizing Biden’s stimulus plan because the checks are $1400 instead of $2000. $600 was already sent. $1400 + $600 = $2000. She supported an amendment to the $600 to increase to $2000 total previously, but now that Biden rolls out a very detailed plan she’s criticizing it because it’s not enough.

This is what she said after the $600 was passed.

That tweet was from Dec 27th after the $600 was passed

Here is what she said yesterday after Biden announced his plan

Quote:
"$2,000 means $2,000," the New York Democrat told the Washington Post. "$2,000 does not mean $1,400."

Cori Bush is also tweeting out $1400 does not equal $2000.

Harris herself proposed 2000 dollar monthly checks.

https://www.businessinsider.com/countries-offering-direct-payments-or-basic-income-in-corona-crisis-2020-4#the-united-states-is-sending-many-americans-1200-stimulus-checks-8

AOC played nice with the party during the election and now she's going back to advocating for the progressive wing. If she doesn't push for the poor, who will? Growing up in the Westside of Los Angeles, I can promise you that a ton of already wealthy businesses organized among themselves to take as much of that corona aid as possible... and then sad thing is while they have the attorneys as well as telling each other how to find the best way to exploit the system to maximize their profits... the poor don't have as many resources to figure it out for themselves.

Trump's approval drops to 29%

Biden Begins Presidency With Positive Ratings; Trump Departs With Lowest-Ever Job Mark 29%

Quote:
As Joe Biden prepares to take office just days after a deadly riot inside the U.S. Capitol, 64% of voters express a positive opinion of his conduct since he won the November election. Majorities also approve of Biden’s Cabinet selections and how he has explained his plans and policies for the future.

Donald Trump is leaving the White House with the lowest job approval of his presidency (29%) and increasingly negative ratings for his post-election conduct.
The share of voters who rate Trump’s conduct since the election as only fair or poor has risen from 68% in November to 76%, with virtually all of the increase coming in his “poor” ratings (62% now, 54% then).

Trump voters, in particular, have grown more critical of their candidate’s post-election conduct. The share of his supporters who describe his conduct as poor has doubled over the past two months, from 10% to 20%.

The new survey by Pew Research Center, conducted Jan. 8-12 among 5,360 U.S. adults, including 4,040 who say they voted in the presidential election, finds that a sizable majority of Americans do not want Trump to remain a major political figure after he leaves office. About two-thirds (68%) say Trump should not continue to be a major national political figure for many years to come; just 29% say he should remain a major figure in U.S. politics.

For many, the shocking events of Jan. 6 – when some Trump supporters heeded the president’s call to march to the Capitol to protest Congress’ acceptance of Biden’s victory and then went on a violent rampage throughout the building – have seriously marred Trump’s final days as president.

Yet Rasmussen still has him at 48%--just about exactly the same as they've had him for the past two months.
