They did what they had to do. It still doesn’t make a difference. They treated me like family when I was there. That’s how I always feel about the Buss family."

If the Lakers are going to turn things around, it will have to be with defense

Kobe on if he gets a clean MRI when he sees Dr. this week: "I'll finally do more things then ride a bike. That's killing me. Killing me."
The plan remains for Kobe to see the Dr. to see if the fracture has healed when the team gets back to L.A., and take it from there.
Bryant called buddy Carmelo (62 points vs CHA) on Friday night to congratulate him on break Bryant's previous MSG record of 61 points.
