You do realize that Boston WANTS to lose?
So in effect if we win the game, we will be giving them exactly what they want.
Do not give Boston what they want - take it from them. A Laker game loss is the true victory.

I don't know if that's even possible, since our tank is much bigger than theirs.

| So some die-hard tankards actually want to win the game because it's against Boston now? What happens down the line when Boston ends up with a higher draft pick because of this one game? If you tank, you go non-stop...none of this (bleep) because of "pride" and "history." You already gave up your pride by wanting the Lakers to lose going into the season. |

I hate the Celtics. I've hated them for as long as I can remember, I don't wear the color green and whenever I go to Massachussets, I have a big middle finger sticking up and my purple 24 jersey representing LA.
But just this once, I want Rondo to run buck wild on Marshall and reveal him for the scrub he actually is. |

I'm going full tank. Yes I know the Celtics are our eternal enemy, and even when we tank, we must win beat them in the tank war (meaning we lose the game...  ). Our future is at stake and I would hate to think we could have had a shot at someone like Wiggins or Embiid but were taken off the board because those damn Celtics got a higher pick than us because some of our fanbase wanted to win this game...
