They can be when you spend most of your time skinning and grinning instead of working at it.

Kobe needs to sit down and talk to Pau. Tell him to think score, score, score when the team lulls. And don't expect a repost so don't give it up.

First and only post of the game thread for me. Internet probs tonight can't watch.

From the Game Thread I see Hack-A-Coward is working.

But the :Tank: train is still winning.

Time to bring up D-League players and see what we have.

Kareem Rush might still have something left....

I could care less about Dwight anymore he has minimal impacton the game Rockets barely the 6th seed you ddon't pay a guy 25 mil a year over 5 years for that Lakers dodged a bullet by him not staying

But you also don't let assets walk for nothing. Trading for him in the first place was a huge mistake. Heck we coulda had whatever we wanted from Philly for Bynum.

hindsight is 20 20 who knows if we could have gotten they package Philadelphia sent out for Bynum to us

I wonder what was going through our front office head when they gave a broken down Kobe that ridiculous contract.

Meeks is a disaster every time he tries to run a pick and roll. Has zero clue how to pass it.

We're playing like we look on paper. Terrible. I thought almost everyone was okay with tanking though? We're bad so we are in position to be in the lottery come draft time

Not okay with tanking at all. If that's the end result, so be it. But I could never condone the tank.

Nobody is thinking tanking except the fans. I hate when people talk about tanking as if the team has a conference and says what is the best way we can lose. The team is just made up of a lot of mediocre players period.

Exactly. No player in their right mind would have any incentive to tank, it's just a foolish notion. Now could management make moves that can be constituted as tanking, yes we see it every year with teams around the league. Not that that's what's the Lakers have done. What we have here is a ridiculously injury laden, young team that's trying to win.
