Wow. Look at the injury report. Crippled wing players rotation. Crippled front court rotation.

This doesn't look good. And to those people saying that injuries are no excuse when playing the worst teams, I disagree. These are still functioning NBA teams, after all, even if they're placed at the bottom of the standings. What we got now is not an NBA team anymore, it's just a bunch of guys talented for playing basketball, but with no cohesion. We can't enforce a viable system to play under. I am sorry, but the weaknesses in our roster make our game too vulnerable at critical points.

All in all, I expect a loss tonight. But I won't be disappointed in the team, there's no way to overcome such disadvantages IMHO.

He might have to say goodbye to those superstar calls he has been getting. This probably wasnt a good idea.

You might be right about that. I don't really understand why he got mad. The play he fouled out on was not a bad call, and was his fault. You come back in the game with 5 fouls...you watch your back in terms of fouls.

In any case, it's not like the refs need a lot of excuses to job us.

From the official Lakers Facebook:

The Lakers will use their 16th different starting lineup tonight in 31 games with Farmar, Meeks, Johnson, Williams and Hill. Mike D'Antoni said Kaman (ankle) will come off the bench.

We are (bleep) doomed. Just like last year.

Pau's out again

The Lakers' Pau Gasol will not play Sunday against Philadelphia, the third game he will sit out because of an upper respiratory infection.
It's been a bizarre pattern for Gasol, who missed a game against Golden State a little over a week ago because of the illness, then played two games and now will have missed the Lakers' last two games.
Lakers Coach Mike D'Antoni said he expected Gasol to play Tuesday against Milwaukee.
Chris Kaman took part in the team's shoot-around Sunday and was expected to play against Philadelphia despite sustaining a moderate sprain in his left ankle Friday when he stepped on a Utah player's foot.
Kaman had 19 points and 10 rebounds in the Lakers' 105-103 loss to the Jazz. He probably wouldn't start against Philadelphia, D'Antoni said, with Jordan Hill probably starting at center.
The Lakers (13-17) are on a four-game losing streak. They are four games under .500 for the first time this season.

Pau needs to take some vitamin C, and get his flu shot.

Well, dunno what to say about Pau. Kobe would have to be on his death bed to miss 3 games due to illness I think.
