That game against Utah cold me a bit.
I mean, a loss against the second worst team in the league, it can't be too good. |

yeah, not like 4-5 guys aren't like injured or anything. what were they thinking?
after kaman went down it was obvious we were going to lose. |

Hoping for a win. Wouldn't be surprised if there's a loss due to all injuries. _________________ "We are the goodest." - Shaq ESPN interview |

We have a team of "walking wounded;" nothing that they do at this point would be a surprise.
GO LAKERS!!
**Extended minutes for SWAGGY, KAMAN, J-HILL & FARMAR will be the key to our success or failure tonight** |

yellow font hurts my eyes
btw, there is purple font too. It is just hidden. but if you type "purple" where you typed violet, we'll get actual laker purple instead of pink. _________________ Kobe |

2 straight loses against 2 of the worse teams in the league, might make the management nervous..... the Injuries are no excuse when you're going up against some bad teams. |

pio2u your game thread is starting to look like mine. I've been so busy these days. Unexpected work hits just like that, I don't even know who made the last GT. I hope Laker999 is still following the record. _________________

Lakers five is the worst starting five in the league. its painful to look at. we should win regardless, cause the sixers suck, but with this team we never know |

Pau's out again
Quote: | The Lakers' Pau Gasol will not play Sunday against Philadelphia, the third game he will sit out because of an upper respiratory infection.
It's been a bizarre pattern for Gasol, who missed a game against Golden State a little over a week ago because of the illness, then played two games and now will have missed the Lakers' last two games.
Lakers Coach Mike D'Antoni said he expected Gasol to play Tuesday against Milwaukee.
Chris Kaman took part in the team's shoot-around Sunday and was expected to play against Philadelphia despite sustaining a moderate sprain in his left ankle Friday when he stepped on a Utah player's foot.
Kaman had 19 points and 10 rebounds in the Lakers' 105-103 loss to the Jazz. He probably wouldn't start against Philadelphia, D'Antoni said, with Jordan Hill probably starting at center.
The Lakers (13-17) are on a four-game losing streak. They are four games under .500 for the first time this season.

He might have to say goodbye to those superstar calls he has been getting. This probably wasnt a good idea. |

Is thie Bronchitis the Pau has? They keep saying "upper respiratory infection". If it is i understand how he feels. I had that this summer and it kept me out of work for 2 weeks and some change. Not an easy thing and the rigors of basketball don't make it easy. Now, there is NO reason we should not beat this Philly team damnit!!!!!!! I need to see W at the W/L column again please!!!! _________________ New Beginings |
