He's opting out for sure because he worth three times that a season.

But if they'll match I'm assuming that means the same offer we would be throwing at him right ?
He would rather play in LA than Phoenix IMO. He loved it here during his times with the Clips. It's all about money so I would assume unless Phoenix throws him some unreachable number it's open game on Bledsoe.
