Nope Pheonix is 8-7.
8 out of 15 is a larger % than 9 out of 17. We have the Division tie-breaker over the Warriors. 3rd in the Pacific now.

It's going to be tough because Portland is well rested. They have 3 days off before they play us on Sunday.
