I think the show is awesome, and I held off for a while because it was a CW show. Honestly, it's probably the closest we'll get to seeing a live action Batman series. I don't know too much about the Green Arrow from the comics, but the live action version shares a lot of parallels with Batman. The show even uses villains that are primarily associated with Batman. I say give it a shot. I was hooked after watching the first season, and the second season was even better IMO. |
My thoughts exactly. It's not connected to the DC movie universe though so no need to watch it just in anticipation for the JL movie because it's separate. It is an interesting show and since it has flashbacks, there's two stories going on at the same time which keeps you wanting answers. |
I agree that the flashback timeline is done very well especially in the first 2 seasons. |

All episodes are available in Netflix. Just started watching, will probably end them by tomorrow. Have high hopes up for it. Anyone else watching them or planning to watch them? Please no spoilers for a few days. |

I guess for some (op) it is extremely difficult to read 5 threads down and post this in the existing thread? |

Watching the 4th episode now. So far, so suck. But it's getting a little bit better. _________________ A banana is killed every time a terrible thread or post is made. Save the bananas. Stop creating terrible posts! |

I'm on the 5th episode. I'm loving it so far. Although it irks me a little bit that it seems like they underpowered Daredevil. I could never see him being involved with the Avengers or anything. Maybe he just needs more training and experience. |

You mean how he needs 100 punches to take someone out? Either these street thugs have incredible endurance, or he hits like a little girl. _________________ A banana is killed every time a terrible thread or post is made. Save the bananas. Stop creating terrible posts! |

I was thinking the same thing. They should've picked Jack Huston aka Richard Harrow from Boardwalk Empire instead of Charlie Cox. He's muscular but a little wide framed, moves a little slow and he looks like Will Forte, the guy that plays MacGruber on SNL
The fighting scenes could use a little Donnie Yen type of action sequences. |

Why wouldn't he need several punches to take a guy out? He is a human with heightened senses not a super powered Captain America. |
