Just remember that the warriors had their starters on the floor against the Lakers in China just to squeak in a win!!! That's all.

Who cares about the starters? Our bench just beat the Clippers. If any guy, let alone 5, play better than expected, the team may be boosted to victory.

The Warriors will be without Harrison Barnes (foot inflammation) and Festus Ezeli (knee surgery) on Wednesday against the Lakers

That is true, but we can't expect the bench to put up 76 points every night... that's asking too much.

Nobody asks for 76 ppg, about 40-50 is ideal, since we go 10-11 deep every game. My original point is that you shouldn't sleep on any team, any single player, bench guy or starter, can go off and lead his team to victory.

40-50 is still pretty insane to ask from your bench. I would be stoked if we got anywhere near that range.

Umm, the Mavs bench averaged 41.5 ppg last season, without as much talent as we have. We're also gonna go 10-11 deep every game and limit our starter's minutes heavily. I don't see why 50ppg is not plausible.

Go Lakers!

1-0 so far in the season...

Let's go Lakers!!. You're 2-0 since pre-season. Hopefully we can keep this train rolling. I'm going to have a LakersFirst style thread for Sunday with all the goodies.

yea... diando if he loses this game than you need to make the next thread

Guys, I know it's an OT, but I'd like to ask you how to choose home or away feeds in my International League Pass?
Did not see any icon last night where I could change the feed.

Thanks.

If Nash was to sit, D'Antoni said at shootaround Tuesday he would have no problem playing the 6-2 Farmar and 6-3 Steve Blake in the starting backcourt together, however the opening night performances by Xavier Henry (22 points and Jodie Meeks (13 points) could cause him to re-think what the Lakers do at shooting guard.

Doesn't mean a thing. Can't compare preseason to the season.

Nash not on Lakers' injury list. If he sits tonight vs. GS, it's to rest, part of Lakers' plan to maybe sit him 2nd night of back-to-backs.
