what an ugly game. Kobe couldn't buy a jumpshot, Pau couldn't finish at the basket, missed FTs from Clark and Nash.

I do have to say that with Nash being a dominant ballhandler, it makes Kobe a jumpshooter since he is not the beneficiary of cuts in most plays (nor can he cut with attention he gets). I don't want it to be either/or with Kobe/Nash as playmakers. They need to share the duties.

so basically kobe torpedoes the team in the third, then Pau, being the consummate team guy he is decides to take some of the heat off his pal and starts screwing up in the 4th, with Clark playing follow the leader. So Nash looking for an assist decides to help out too by blowing FTs again and we still manage to pull out a win despite our best efforts to give the city of Detroit something to cheer about.

They took FOREVER. Singlet cycled through four different options before he passed it, ridiculous.

But of course, as Nash told me on @TWCSportsNet, his only concern is that they walk out with a win. That's 5 wins in 6 games for LAL.

Can't believe Nash clanked those last two.

We deserved to lose this game but got lucky.

It is ugly to lose leads but it is worse to lose games we should win. Even though we have blown so many leads we have only let 1of the last 6 slip away AND it really is an improvement.

Lakers will continue to improve and that is all we can hope for.

No QFTOS from me for today. Because i felt like we lost today. But also because the online Detriot fans are pretty less. So nothing much from them.
