There are high school teams that would probably beat this sorry excuse of a team...

As bad as Eyenga has been, unlike Glock and Morris I see how he can be of value when he's the 4th scoring option on the floor. If he comes in at SG and he's playing with Blake, Pau, Jamison and Grant Hill...I think he'll be fine. They'll just need him to play solid defense against an opposing shooting guard from the other teams bench.

The OTHER guys on the this squad....Morris is two years away from being above average... ugh.

Eyenga is awful. Ohhh look he can jump!

Yeah...I got nothin. What the hell was Cleveland thinking drafting the guy so high?

God. The Lakers don't have a legitimate backup shooting guard on their roster. Not even a backup (no, Ebanks is not a shooting guard)

Watching the Laker summer league team makes me feel bad for Bobcat fans.

As for the first three games, pretty obvious all the guys trying to make a team went elsewhere. LA has salary constraints and already has their project players.

I'd also be surprised if Goudelock makes it to camp.

Goudelock is useless when he doesn't shoot well and he has not shot well at all.

No need for scouts when you know you don't want young players and other teams will pay more for the higher caliber players.

Seriously. The only gem from the draft (the last 10 to 15 years) for the Lakers has been Bynum - the rest of the picks have been dreadful.

I got home late and missed the first 15 minutes or so.... from the looks of this I can count myself lucky.

Is there anybody who doesn't suck tonight?

DJO just hit a jump shot - what a rare sight to see anyone in a Laker uniform do that.

DJO has good basketball instincts. It's too bad his shooting hasn't been there. Morris still looks awful, and Glock looks like he's trying his hardest to not make the team.

Wow. Either Goudelock regressed, or he's the same player. And people don't realize what a luxury it is to play with Kobe/Bynum/Pau who command so much attention. It's not so easy when the defense actually pays attention to you.

Only player that seems decent is DJO. He looks like an actual player. Not that he's hitting shots, but he looks like a player.

This. The FO treats 2nd rnd picks like stale bread. I'm still pissed over that 1st we gave up along with Sasha Vujacic in the Joe Smith trade.
We could have got Chandler Parsons or Norris Cole with that pick.

I can't decide who I'd like to see make the Laker squad from this group.

Sacre - yes, but the low rebounds tonight tempers my enthusiasm to say the least.

DJO - most definitely, but I continue to believe he's a 40% 3pt shooter.

Morris, Goudelock - only if they look better in preseason than they look in this tourney so far.

Anyone else - no thanks.

Marc Gasol aint half bad buddy. Farmar and Turiaf also made it in the league. Don't forget the Lakers usually pick very low in the draft.

It's true. Our top 3 picks post Kobe Bryant (if you count him) are:
1) Andrew Bynum
2) Jordan Farmar
3) Brian Cook
