I'm a fan LJ though I kinda worry about cha. Your avatars are so violent and you live in Antioch

Tonight's game is a precursor. I hope the Spurs are at full strength. I think Pop will looking to see how his team fares against the Lakers. It's gong to be up to the team, Brown is over matched.

Avatar, outward expression of inner turmoil? Nah just like the stick figures

I'm going to agree with you that Brown is out matched. Maybe some of that late fourth quarter Kobe coaching will help out again tonight.

Knowing Mike Brown, he'll let the psyche-damaged Steve Blake for 20 minutes, despite the fact that Sessions can shred the Spur defense with pick-and-rolls.

I guess the silver lining is that it's kind of a "win-win" situation without Kobe. There will probably be a caveat if they win, and they might even look bad if the game is close.

I agree...I say lower Blake's minutes by 5 minutes (15 mins total)...and give more time to Sesh. It pains me every time when Blake isn't aggressive to the hole and passes up wide open shots.

Sessions actually has to rest you know... do you want to run him into the ground like MB has done Kobe?

Sessions needs more minutes.. and he needs to play more.. The dude is still young.. and we need him on the floor more than Blake. While Kobe is needs rest for sure.

Did you made that stick figure cartoon btw? If it is, then it pretty cool; and I bet it costs you a lot of papers and time!

Well, he's averaging about 33 mins as a starter. so I guess that's right about where he should be. maybe could be bumped up a lil bit...35/36 minutes when kobe returns.

33 min a game isnt bad especially when his shoulder Is hurt and in that position he gets hit every time with screens.

Sessions also turned 26 today and doesn't have much mileage, he can take extra minutes without a problem. If anything you want him to have more floor time with the rotation players, given that the playoffs are rapidly approaching and that he is a very recent addition to the team.

Haha thanks man, but no. I'm not nearly creative enough to make moving stick figures *wink

Watch out, we"ll do great against the Spurs, maybe even win.
They're a slower, halfcourt oriented team that won't outrun us. Our weaknesses won't get as magnified.
Despite their record, they're one team that we match up great against.

I"ll go out on a limb and predict the Lakers victory!

Spurs guard Gary Neal (gastroenteritis) is out tonight. Lakers forward Matt Barnes wasn't feeling too well just now either.

Actually, I hope Barness isn't playing. Maybe it's the only way Glock gets minutes.

Did anyone of you check Spurs' record against West Conf. teams? It's not better than Lakers'. They've made the difference against Leastern teams...

Spurs slow pace of play is something we do well against. We"ll win tonight. Despite the Spurs record. So many people think because Spurs dominate everyone else, they"ll dominate us too. They won't. They're one team we match up great against.
