I blame Pau and Bynum more than Sessions. Sessions at least contributed offensively, Pau was the stinker tonight. Bynum with another mental collapse performance. |

I'd rather have McHale, someone I hate with every fiber of my Laker being, be our coach over Mike Clown. Dragic gets 38 minutes, Sessions 28.
Crucial possessions in the 4th quarter he has Troy Murphy guarding Scola instead of Gasol or McBob (who had played a decent game up to that point)
Then he decides to put MWP on him when he's far too short to guard him.
One of the last possessions he pulls Sessions and puts MWP on Dragic...like WHAT?
Mike Clown is a tool. _________________

Mike Brown escape with his awesome coaching?
This is like the 8th time he had the double digit lead and blew it with his dumbass rotation.
DRAGIC SCORED HOW MANY STRAIGHT ON BLAKE?
As a coach, MB should tell BYnum to chill out instead of let the kid going nuts. |

To be fair, rockets haven't had a game since Tuesday. Not using that as an excuse but they were well rested against the tired lakers |

typically a game like this -- when we gave up another huge lead in the 3rd quarter, we would all put the blame on MB for things like playing steve blake too long, or letting murphy guard the opposing young centers...
tonight, the same thing happened again -- we gave up all the lead during the period when steve blake was our PG.
BUT BUT...we still had the control of the game, with bynum dominating inside -- then his playground cockiness took over, and we lost all of our momentum
can't expect kobe to rescue us again in the 4th afterwards -- his monthly quota of one single +50% shooting game was fulfilled against the clippers earlier this week.
thus who else would you blame?
now the question is -- if dhoward is once again available, would you ship out bynum's immature ass right away for d12?

Just not our night guys. Blame this loss on the schedule. This was our 5th game in 7 days with 2 back to backs. The Rockets were rested and hadn't played a game since Monday. They were also extra motivated fighting for a playoff spot. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

it was cumulative. he was barking non-stop since the dalembert foul, which he totally overreacted to.

put the blame on bynum... |
yes I blame bynum for the horrible bench rotations its all his fault |
Bynum getting booted made the rotations more horrible than it already is... did you notice Artest trying to guard Scola? |
yes which was ON potato head, no one told him to not put mcbob on him |
McBob can't guard Scola... |
Neither Can Pau so whats the difference.. |
the differense is Bynum is not there. did you notice? |
i noticed us losing while bynum was in there.. i noticed Scola was having a hell of a game before bynum was ejected. he didn't have 25 points in the 4th qt.. |
yeah, that's right... and if we had Bynum, we would not have lost this game. perfect observation.
Bynum brought this L on the team. thanks for your comments _________________ "Now, if life is coffee, then the jobs, money & position in society are the cups. I love Bynum, but he can't be that stupid. Come on man! I know dalembert was shoving him in the back and the bench was prolly getting to him, too, but he can't let other teams know that they can just smack talk him from the sideline and to get him a quick tech. damn.
What a frustrating game to watch. I'm sure the rockets are a wonderful 3 point shooting team, but WOW. Almost all their threes splashed through the net harder than Free Willy |

his first tech was also odd... it was not even that hard a foul...
what's up with Bynum lately is bizarre... it's like he's rebelling like a teenager would. odd. _________________ "Now, if life is coffee, then the jobs, money & position in society are the cups. Sessions has more of a nagging injury than Pau or Bynum. He missed a lot of gimmes. Rockets were just unconcious from downtown. Even camby hit a three.
Sessions only had 28 minutes compared to 38. His numbers aren't going to be as good when he has Blake filling him in for most of the slaughter. |

I wish the Lakers go get more than one damn day off. Rockets had 3 days off, why the Lakers keep playing back to back games. With all of them having minor injuries, I'd be nice for them to rest just a tad.
Wonder if it was Ramon's shoulder or just the padding that he had on it that made his shooting not all that great this game. |

I tuned in to the game with like less then 5 minutes left. I saw kobe hobbling a little bit. Anyone know what happen? I noticed this too on the previous game where he was walking back to the locker room and he was sort of limping. You think it's the knee? |

This team, I'm telling you. After tonight I'm no longer getting
excited about their potential after key wins (Miami, Clippers, etc.)
They're slightly better than mediocre with a coasters mentality.
As far as Bynum, how many years have we waited for this kid
to finally show come consistency? He finally gets there this season
and the dude totally loses his mind and begins acting as if
he'd rather be the next Rasheed Wallace than perhaps Tim Duncan.
Bad night all the way around.

suggest you read through my post again -- i'm presenting it as a question to you all, not a statement -- would you rather have bynum with his on-court immaturity, or d12, with his off-court divaness (at least he mostly performs during the game) |

For all the blame being placed on any Laker, it's pretty hard to beat a team that hits almost every long three it launches. Houston is only 5-5 in the last 10 games but they go shrieking orgasmic lucky whenever they play the Lakers.
Dragic is only a 34.8 percent three point shooter, and it's not because everyone goes out and literally blocks all his three point shots; those are by definition not high percentage. Fact is he's only an average three point shooter as is the Rockets team as a whole.
The Lakers outrebounded the Rockets, turnovers were nearly even, and there were plenty of good hustle plays by both teams. The Rockets just get lucky at the worst times, then go back to sucking after stealing wins from the Lakers. Glad the Lakers don't play them again this season, and likely won't see them in the playoffs either. |
