Milvaukee was as well night prior to playing Lakers and won at home anyway. With this Lakers team, you just can't trust them to even show up to a big game, much less win it. |

One positive is we are catching Denver on the 2nd game of a back to back. Tonight (Thursday) they play at the Clippers.

Blowout loss. This team always has a hard time up in Denver. Gasol gets pushed around, Kobe doesn't shoot too well. And if our 2 best players don't play well, we have no one else to rely on, no way will the bench play well under pressure, we will get run out of the building. |

Clippers have been tough at Staples, but they had a scrappy one vs Utah last night so Denver will give them a run for their money tonight. Triple OT w/ Clipps will hopefully mean the Nuggets get back around 4am while Lakers are already there in the Mile High City ready for them. |

This is going to be a tough road trip
lakers could go 2-4 on this trip maybe even 1-5.
That B2B,Boston then NY is going to be tough. _________________ The only thing standing between me and greatness, is me. |

I doubt we get a losing record on this trip, the only teams that worry me at Philly and Utah.. With NY the B2B should be worrisome, but we will win that.. The Boston game for sure we take that.. and Denver game too!!!! The last game vs Raptors i don't really like our chances.. Guys will be sleep walking, ready to head home.. but maybe not.. lets see.. _________________ New Beginings |

No way the Nuggets should be close. Should be a blowout because
A. We're better
and
B. The Nuggets will be sluggish after playing a late game in LA and having to fly to denver, take the hour and a half bus ride into town and then go home.
The Lakers are already there and have rested. |

I think Lakers are beginning to figure out the best lineups or plays. The key is the ability to hold on a big lead.
Ever a positive one, I think Lakers will take at least 5 of the road games, including the one at Denver. _________________ Kobe's Top 5 Dunks, 81 points, MJ last gm @Staples |

Thanks Flop City, the one time I would like them to play well and take their game to OT they are getting "IT" handed to them...
Lakers 106
Nuggets 94
Good Defensive effort and positive bench play....

I fully expect Kobe to have a monster night as he's certainly heard enough about his last game @denver which was his worst game of the year. Kobe will make up for that, plus the Denver crowd usually gets him fired up anyways. Kobe will get 40+, I'll guess 44 to be exact.
Lakers will want to start the trip on a high note, but Denver's the type of fast paced team that bothers the Lakers. I expect it'll be close until the end, but Lakers will win by about 5 points most likely due to some Kobe 4th quarter heroics. |

Afflalo is going to get away with bloody murder tomorrow. I hope Bynum and Gasol bring their A games _________________ "It was tough," Kobe Bryant said. "But when it got really tough for me, I just checked myself in." |

Honestly, I'd be surprised if the Lakers did worse than 3-3. I'm more expecting a 4-2 record. |

Denver looked pretty good last night against the Clips.
This is definitely going to be a very tough game for LA.
But isn't this Denver's third game of 3 straight?
Go Lakers!!!
PS - GLock is way too good to only be playing him 20 minutes a game. When he's on the court good things happen. |

No, tomorrow's game at Portland is their 3rd of 3 in a row. The Lakers should be the more rested team though you would think. |
