Backed it up to watch again; CP3 was being a dick to Pau before the little head rub... CP3 earned every bit of crap he took at game's end.

Lol, seems to happen almost every time he doesn't shoot the ball a ton this year. To start the year, restrained shooting, tons of turnovers. A few games in, lots of shooting, fewer turnovers. Tonight, restrained shooting, tons of turnovers.

Great overall game from him, though. Awesome to see him recognize the open man a few times down the stretch.

I hate to rain on everyone's parade, but it was just 1 game. You think Gasol is gonna do this every game? He used to a few yrs ago. Kobe played well but as you can see he is not a PG. 7 TOs. Please get us a real PG.

Kobe choked a little in this game on the last minutes... But it is still a WIN. That's nice.

Quite a few of his turnovers tonight were from lazy, telegraphed passes.

Blake has an extremely limited skill set, and with his lack of length, I'm unsure of his long term potential. While his numbers his rookie year were great, I don't see the potential to be much better than that.

He can dribble, but he can't dribble functionally. He tends to dribble off his feet going to the basket or lose the ball.

He cannot shoot a lick. His release is hitched and very slowly and has an odd clank to it.

He has no postmoves. He'll spin off the same foot, but if you don't go for his fake, then he just looks awkward and will try some weird shot.

He's a relatively bad passer when pressure is put on him.

Also, he is completely clueless on defense.

Unfortunately, while I used to think he was a humble player, I think its all getting to his head with these constant stare downs and arrogant behavior.

I'm beginning to think that he maybe overachieved last season.

Blake G. sells tickets
I don't expect this kind of game from Gasol, MWP or Goudelock.... till PO time. Then I hope we can get some of this games on road for another ring

I still think that CP4pts tried to throw a punch while flopping then saw who he was going at (MWP) and just started jawing scared.

Pau rubbing his head was funny. I love how he went straight toward him after the game but little cris was all talk again & did nothing.

Good win. I like the team cohesion and the emotion this game. This is the start of a big winning streak I think.

While I loved Drew's block at the end, I still don't understand what the Clippers were thinking. They needed a bucket in the clutch and they gave to their most inept offensive player.

i hope mike brown realizes that THIS game is the way that the bigs should be utilized ... just jam it down their throats and then kobe will be able to pick his spots... simple as that

if pau & mwp are this mentally into the games good luck to everyone else seriously ... its a really deadly combo...

It was individual. I'm glad it didn't caused the team in loss.

Even tho metta didn't score a lot of points, I think he contributed emotion that the lakers lack! That is why I miss the old ron ron, the unpredictable guy. He played much better when he was emotional about the game.
