I'm sorry but are we really wasting another Kobe year? If we don't get a good team around him then the Lakers are done winning championships for awhile, every team has to rebuild, but it's just sad that a guy like Kobe doesn't get the chance to play with a good team and go with a boom once he retires, sad.

Why would he care..we are not winning at title this year anyway..he knows this team needs to be blown up

This teamball (bleep) don't work. 3 straight losses. Can't wait for the media spin on this one.

It's easy. They will look at Kobe's FGA and go from there. That's all ESPN does.

Nothing to draw up. We know the drill. Give it to Kobe and let him jack up a shot. These are the these we know in crunch time.

And that is what many here want. If it goes in, Kobe is a god. If he misses, it is the coach's fault.

I don't even know how this happened. I wasn't even worried for the last 2:19 because it seemed like we were in total control.

I always knew Gasol/Bynum "utilization" was overrated. This game was another example how slow they are to run their offense in the clutch and how slow they are to defend in the clutch. Only reason the Lakers won their finals appearances was with a fast lineup of Odom/Gasol closing out games and variety on the offensive end. Lakers need to trade either Gasol or Bynum for a pg and sign another PF to the lineup.

Dwight and Deron

I'm at the point where I'd be fine if they traded both of their bigs for EITHER Dwight or Deron (obviously with filler). I'm just tired of seeing passive play and minimal effort on the floor. No (bleep) excuse for that (bleep).

I'm guessing that was some sort of poorly communicated lob.

Who do you want shooting it? Anyone else on the team can get a shot off in that scenario? Let me know since you seem to know all the answers
