the problem with marciano is that he never fought one of the greats in thier prime.this is no fault of his but true just the same.

Has to be Louis, Rocky was a slugger with limited boxing skills. Louis had a great jab good foot work, all things needed to be a "boxer".

Marciano took one to give one. He had a solid chin and a lot of heart but he was no "boxer".
