One positive is Portalnd plays tonight at Utah. We will be catching them on a B2B. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

Pacific division
Really though. I'd like a win. Really. Stick it to Portland and those announcers. |

Dunno what to think about this game... Portland have our number, have athletic Batum that can guard Kobe and score with ease... Go Lakeshow, but this game gonna be tough one!! |

yep, agreed. I mean it goes without saying if they play the exact same way they played the last 3 games they are gonna lose. Thankfully boston lost to the bulls the other night. |

While winning three straight in Portland seems less than possible, if Camby does not play tonight that leaves Portland smaller than Golden State.
Chris Johnson 6'11 210(yes, 210) - on a 10 day contract, recently with Boston
Nicolas Batum 6'8 200
LaMarcus Aldridge 6'11 240
Camby was not with the team in Utah(Neck?), watch him miraculously recover tonight. |

Exactly. Batum choked in that OT game in Portland while Kobe came out victorious...yeah they have our number (scoff).
This is something you expect those fans up in Portland to say. They think they have our number just because they happened to beat us a couple of times on their home court. They're acting like we don't want to see them in the playoffs because they present some sort of huge threat. Their fans are annoyingly confident about a team that has won NOTHING close to what the Lakers have won in the past decade. Kobe and Fish have played with two very different groups since the early 2000s till now but some things never change...the Lakers are still the champs and the Blazers are still at the bottom. Hope the Lakers stick it to them tonight and put them in their place (that is, nowhere near the Lakers league). |

I'm sure my (inconsistent) boys will be ready for this one, but I'm also sure the Lakers want to stop their mini skid. Tough call, but the Blazers sure as hell don't want LA in the first round and really can't afford a loss here with New Orleans holding the tie breaker. Should be interesting, as always. |
