Just a little nudge to the thread here...
Let's see... Kobe's on the mend - he'll be good for a couple nice plays but hopefully takes it easy. Drew's out. Barnes' hammy acting up a little. Ron's too. Luke's too.
Yet the London crowd is going to be there to see Kobe and see the Champs put on a show.
I think this is a really good opportunity for the Lakers to unleash Shannon Brown on the top side of the rim. If this happens I have a strong feeling the crowd will not walk away disappointed.

In one of the London papers today it said the game sold out in a few hours and that the best seats had been mostly scooped up by footballers (their term for soccer players) and red carpet types (UK movie, tv and music stars). It sounds like the top soccer players in the EPL want to see KObe play as much as he likes seeing them play.
It will be interesting to see what the crowd is like- what the energy level is. I think it's going to be pretty good. will also be interesting to see who is in the audience. It's going to be the London version of Staples- the Lakers will feel right at home.

Nah. Pretty much every pre-season game will be on KCAL and NBA TV.
At one point, the schedule said TNT, but maybe that was a mistake.
The game vs Barcelona is going to be live on ESPN2.
