A win here almost assures us of a sweep. Have to bring the defense along with the offense this team. Have to play with OKC Game 6, Utah Game 4 intensity. Contest every shot. Win the hustle battle.
ok this'll be extremely tough, but if we somehow win this game it'll be SPECTACULAR! we need to keep up with them, the longer a close game = bigger chance for us! _________________ ANOTHER WIN IN LA! BOSTON SUCKS!

Gotta stay home with and/or close out hard on the 3-point shooters. Gotta chase 'em off that 3-ball.
If they start hitting their 3's, that crowd is gonna go nuts and it'll energize everything they do.
Step 1: Large doses of Kobe/Pau on offense
Step 2: Stay on their shooters on defense
Let Nash score all the 2's he wants - we gotta be disciplined to not get sucked into Nash's dribble-explore moves.

Hearing Jax talk about the 3pt shooters makes me think he just wants them to keep shooting wide open 3s until they start missing them.

So, Game 1 was a statement game because the Lakers had to show the Suns that they were for real. Game 2 was a statement game because the Lakers had to show the Suns that it wasn't a fluke. Now, Game 3 is a statement game because the Lakers have to demoralize the Suns. I'm going to go out on a limb and predict that, win or lose on Sunday, Game 4 will also be a statement game, and Games 5, 6, and 7 (if they're necessary) will also somehow be found to be statement games.

It will come down to weather the suns can make there jump shots. They dig themself in the whole when they dont make them. I would love to see a sweep and some nice rest for the finals.
