Its a late game for the Thunder, so their eyes will be red.
Problem is it'll be a late game for me too, and my eyes will likewise be red. _________________ Nerd rock in progress.

Fox Sports West will have live coverage Tuesday of the ceremony celebrating the unveiling of the new Chick Hearn statue at Star Plaza outside Staples Center. Besides the television availability, the ceremony also will be streamed live at www.foxsportswest.com.
Hearn's wife, Marge, will speak at the ceremony as will Stu Lantz, James Worthy, Byron Scott, Bob Miller, Keith Erickson and Jeanie Buss. The unveiling itself is expected to happen about 5:05 p.m. with the festivities beginning about 4:30 p.m.
The statue was created by sculptors Julie Rotblatt Amrany and Omri Amrany and will be located near statues of Wayne Gretzky, Magic Johnson and Oscar De La Hoya.
Star Plaza is just west of the intersection of Figueroa Street and Chick Hearn Court and is open to everyone. No Lakers ticket is needed.
I strongly suspect OKC will hit more shots. We have to have better shot selection to reduce their fastbreaks, get in rhythm and hit a respectable clip of our good opportunities. If we don't, this could get ugly.

durant is going to come out with a vengeance after his poor performance in game 1. artest, as good as he is, is going to need help.
westbrook is the key to okc's game against the lakers. durant can go off (and he probably will), but the lakers need to limit westbrook's penetration. when he's in the paint, he'll either get an easy layup or he'll throw it back out for an open 3. if he drives in, i want bynum or someone to flatten him. take the foul, and no easy baskets
