i can't imagine how it feels for you guys when the game starts at noon...and on a sunday...
To me, that's a good playing field leveler for OKC. To quote Jack from 87 to the laughter of the media, "Historically, the Lakers aren't an afternoon ballclub..." (alluding to their nocturnal activities). _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL SEDALE TRIBUTE EDDIE DONX!

The Thunder are in for a spanking similar to that of the Orlando Magic in last year's Game 1. I doubt the kids will handle the pressure in their first "real" game.
The Thunder are going to bring it. No doubt about that. They have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I don't think it was wise for Phil to call out the refs in regards to KD. May end up seeing him take a record number of free throws. Between the refs and KD being motivated by Phil's unfortunate comments this series could get out of hand quickly. I watched a lot of Thunder games this season and they play fearlessly and fast.
If we get any one of those three refs, I hope it is an AWAY game and not a home game. WE cannot afford to have any HOME games with any of those chowdah heads.
I don't ask for much but if the Great Legends of the NBA can at least give us some Home Court Advantage for a change, we might actually be able to win some games.
And as for blaming the officials, I hope the NBA does more than say, "Sorry, that last game had bad officiating" and maybe pulls the bad refs off the court for the rest of the playoffs. Salvator needs to never ref again. _________________ This Laker Organization has not yet hit bottom. It is moving there quickly, and I suspect this year we will see zero talent coming to the Lakers and we will trade away Kuz and BI for old vets in the hopes of giving LeBronze some scapegoats.
"It pains me to say this as a Los Angelino and Lakers fan, but I'm rooting for Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder in the first round of the NBA Playoffs."
Lakers get embarrassed on national tv, get boo'ed by their home crowd, then go on to win 4 straight by an average of 13.
I say this due to a lack of chemistry from our potential starting lineup, and the attitude the thunder have coming into the game thinking they can upset the lakers and steal home-court.

who's calling this game tomorrow ? Maybe Walton will make a surprise appearance, with Marv calling the game !! _________________ Phil Jackson (June 17th, 2009):"What was our model of this team? I don't think it's going to be a high scoring game. You will see the Thunder's nerves in the first half but they will keep in the game unless the Lakers actually stick to the game plan and pound it inside and work the ball inside/out. _________________ The killer in me is the killer in you!
