To think if we would've had a good road trip and won today, Lakers would probably be only a game back .

Gasol could play better preventive D and not let Duncan get within 3 feet of the hoop every time before he uses the hook. Not saying that's the reason we lost, but Gasol's Defense has been abysmal on Duncan. Duncan's work in the second half is a huge reason we haven't been able to go on runs.

It really hasn't been abysmal. Alot of that was duncan playing well and getting away with a few things and it isn't like Gasol was the only guy duncan scored on. All in all Gasol was clearly the best all around player today. Can't really even point out anyone else playing better D.

lakers shot 23% 3. IF YOU NEED a reason for loss there it is.

I lol at this bs.

Rather than chip in with that inane comment why not remark on why I am so wrong? Or do you think Gasol defended him well? Btw, Duncan shot 10 of 14. That is not defending him well, especially when almost all of them came one on one in the post.

Watch the game instead of boxscore or do you need me to say the logic into you? If you need it, just say it.

It was a mailed in game, evident from first quarter. Lakers will resoundingly defeat Portland in a week and you will know for sure.

It all depends on how many 3s were shot. Which was a lot so I'm not arguing your point.

Game is on ABC next week. Even if they try to win Stern won't allow it.

Joke? So what I suppose to say? Spurs is 2010 Championship? I am not that crazy or delusional like that, sorry. Saying "Spurs is good" is even more delusional than saying "I will be US President in 2010."

Ok, so you're saying the Spurs aren't good then? In the last 15 days they have beaten the Cavs, the Celtics and they have now embarrassed the Lakers at home. Yeah, they suck.

It's been horrific. He's 34 and he drove by Gasol easily a couple times. Not to mention he straight up abused Gasol in the post. He backed him down up until he was practically two feet from the basket before he got the ball and just went up for easy lay ups. I don't care if he was been the best all around player; he cannot be that weak in the post. we could have had a lot easier time trying to comeback in the 3rd and 4th if Duncan didn't get basket after basket when they were trying to hold us off.

I've been sitting on my couch watching the game for the past 3 hours. you clearly have no argument otherwise you wouldn't try to brush me off with that stupid, overused, completely inaccurate watch the game BS.

I don't know. If you look at the Lakers players faces you see stress and worry. Tanking a game on national TV? Getting embarrassed like this?? They could tank other games. Why against the Spurs?? Nah man. It doesn't work that way.

Big guys last longer than guards.

Duncan should be an effective big for a few years more.
34 is still kinda prime for a big guy.
