Because he's overpaid. He (bleep) up the last Memphis game too, as well as Boston game by not taking late timeouts.

Jason Terry: 30 points.

Why is Fisher still getting so many minutes? Am I missing something here? Does Fisher really bring more than Farmar and Brown?

reason for the loss tonight:

officiating

Gasol's female hormone is raging again tonight

Kobe with that stupid f*ck it three with 30 seconds left in a one possession game.

should have Shanon get some burn against Jason Terry instead of a slow footed Fisher

more officiating BS.

nope.. probably not ready for a back-to-back, that's all.. but his mind wasn't in the game either, that was more of a problem.

He is playing with a pulled muscle it was reported before the game. This was also the 2nd of a back to back.

Pulled muscle in his hands because, if it was there, there is no excuse for him dropping all those rebounds.

Not to mention Dirk.

Fisher was also using his famous falling on the ground defense against Terry's 3 pt shot.

Fisher and Kobe were the black holes tonight.

Fish 3-13
Kobe 9-23

Everyone else shot well. Kobe with 2 assists and going into the dribble dribble pump pump pump throw up a brick mode again. Honeymoon lasted for a whole game. Back to same old Kobe. Can't teach a stubborn old dog new tricks.

Kobe started the game with an 0-5 FG in the 1st quarter with some easy misses(yet the Lakers still lead)....He then went on to shoot an efficient 9-18, 50%, for the next 3 quarters.

Awful play by everyone not named Lamar.

This team is just picking up where they left off pre-Kobe's injury. No heart, no ball movement, no effort, no chemistry.

And I don't get it...guys are getting touches, time to start doing something with it. What's the excuse for not boxing out, or coming to the ball??? Kobe isn't without blame either...nice to see your shooting pick up late, but 0-5 start and questionable decisions just killed us at times.

This excuse is getting tired. The fact is he's struggled whenever a guy as big or bigger is put on him.

It was straight out of the Better Basketball DVDs. Fundamentally sound defense like that is rare these days.

As much as we hammer Luke Walton here, at least he put his ego aside and old Phil that Ariza was a better fit with the 1st unit last season.

Too bad that Fish is a selfish, washed-up nothing who refuses to do the same thing this year.

At this point, the best thing to happen to this Lakers team is Fish getting injured (please God).

Meanwhile Bynum is worthless and a sloth on both ends of the floor. All he cares about is scoring and when he makes a mistake and Phil pulls him out of the game, he is always smiling on the bench which is an indication that he doesn't give a you know what.

Bosh is a Lakers uni would have been so much better!

Looks like Pau and Bynum didn't get the memo. Too many offensive boards allowed to Haywood. Start Lamar already!

At least Kobe should man up and say to Fisher that he should think about coming off from the bench. This is getting ridiculous.
