I think we were the true fallback plan if the trade failed. We're also the ONLY reason OKC made the trade.
So, KL didn't play us, but OKC did. |

How did Okc played us? He asked Jimmy Butler and KD to join him on the CLippers first. When that didnt happen, he searched and found the coward to join him. PG13 had to ask for a trade. He was not asking for a trade prior to Kawhi reaching out to him. This is all on Kawhi and his team. |

the KL thing was always fishy from the start.
They were not rumored to be in on him, then they opened max cap space and still people were talking about Walker, Kyrie etc. Next thing you know they were the favs to land him out of the blue?
Somebody should have spotted the bs from a mile away.

| It doesn't matter, as a Clipper you are the enemy. You are worse than a Celtic until you and your team get out of our building and out of our city. So yeah, let your owner spend a bunch on a stadium in Inglewood, you still suck. Until they get out of town, the Clippers are worse than the Celtics, so KL. it isn't really personal but we want you to lose every game. |

The only reason OKC did the trade 1 year after signing him and leaving Westbrook in the lurch was to prevent KL to Lakers. Any other situation and they say no. |

OKC knew they weren't a title contender. They had two years of Brick and PG The Liar and couldn't win a playoff series. They got an absurd haul of picks, a very good young player, and Gallinari who they will flip for more assets.
That's a home run deal for them

I don't even see how this is a debate. LOL! What I'm sensing is that there are going to be some fair weather fans who will be cheering for the Clippers or put on their jerseys or flags should the Lakers lose.
He chose the Clippers. That's second worst to being spurn for the Celtics. I hate him. End of story. |
