too much space for CP3,
but then if the defender too close, he would try to drive and create contact. |
Exactly, Barnes gave kobe no space | because the refs allowed barnes to.If kobe scratched and clawed at cp3 that way chris would flop off into the parking lot somewhere for fouls. _________________ Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass,it's learning how to dance in the rain.... |

You can't intentionally foul someone off the ball under 2 mins. Or its free throws and the ball out of bounds. |

And of course ESPN will merely focus on Kobe's production as it correlates to the win loss column. I don't take much out of hard fought losses. But, I do like how they fought back in this matchup. Clips are legit. |

You know who is being dangled around the league - Rudy Gay. If there's a way we can move Pau in a 3 way deal for him I would be ecstatic. Would give us another actual scorer who can hit a jumper and you move MWP to the bench or the 4 permanently. |

i know all lakers fans expect the lakers to win tonight vs the clippers, but realistically, do you think the lakers were going to win tonight at their current state? |

It's funny. Normally when the Lakers are mounting a comeback at the end of the game, I get as excited as any fan seeing the momentum shift. While I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel any of that when they cut it down to 2 with 1:30 left, it just seemed so much more subdued. These guys have been so awful down the stretch of tight games, it feels like pure pipe now to believe they'll actually be successful in pulling it off.
To be fair, they somehow did manage to pull out that GSW game not too long ago, but those moments just feel so hard to come by now. When it comes to clutch play, I've come to expect so little of these guys now. |

Live and die by the three, I guess. If one or two of Meeks' open looks had gone down, we might be looking at a different result. _________________ 1996-2016

Worst 21 pts and 15 reb game I can remember. Hate to say it but at this point in the season, D12 is a bust. Kobe is still great...but great on a bad team. Coaching decision was a huge mistake. Can't say I've ever been more disappointed in a Laker team. Something must be done with Pau...literally useless at this point. Insult to injury...Hill is hurt.. Hopefully he is ok and can play because that just means more to for Gasol or Jamison which is awful. |
