Durant Tells Teammates He'll Be Back
7th March, 2007 - 11:17 pm
Dallas Morning News -
D.J. Augustin, point guard for the Texas Longhorns, said Monday that he's definitely returning for his sophomore season.

"I need to get better. I need to work on my game," Augustin said. "I need to work on my defense and get stronger and quicker."

Augustin also said that star freshman Kevin Durant has told his teammates that he's coming back.

"But Kevin's a humble guy, so he's probably going to say he's coming back whenever he's asked that question," Augustin said.

I'll laugh if the Celtics get the 2nd pick and Durant doesn't come out.

It will be even funnier when Oden stays as well.

It'll be great when the Celtics get the number 1 pick and both of them stay.

It will be even greater when the Celts get a #1 next year (cuz they'll still suck) and they both decide to go Junior.

I'd like to see the Celtics become the Clippers of this century.

Get high draft picks, pick poor players, let them go and see them erupt for another team.

Keep getting worse, getting more high draft picks, picking poor players, getting worse, us in LA not even laughing anymore because we simply don't care.

And the Clippers, well, they are still the Clippers and nothing is going to change about that.

Why all the hate on the Celts? Don't you know the greatest thing that could happen for a Laker fan is to dominate the Celts in the Finals like they did in the 80s! If both guys stay (not likely), who on earth is the first pick? Either Wright would be a weak #1.

Um, no. 80's celtics != current celtics.

I'd rather them be irrevelant for another 20 years.
