8th seed, maybe 7th, just because they're well coached. _________________ Los Angeles Lakers |

50 wins would get us a 5-6 seed. Not bad 8)
I'll go out on a limb and say 53-29 5 seed, lose to the Spurs in the second round in 6. _________________ 14 till 17 |

pg, sg, sf great. pf, c not so great. that's a 45-50 win team with phil jackson as coach. 35 wins with a guy like frank hamblen. 45 wins might not net a playoff spot. |

Here's what we need to get that 5 seed:
PG-Daniels 8 ppg, 4 apg, 2 rpg
SG-Bryant 26 ppg, 6 apg, 6 rpg
SF-Odom 15 ppg, 4 apg, 7 rpg
PF-Brown 15 ppg, .5 apg, 9 rpg
C-Mihm 6 ppg, .8 apg, 6 rpg
Hopefully Daniels and Kobe can both finish in the top 10 in steals. And Brown and Mihm can finish top 8 in blocks. That would get us at least a 5th seed. _________________ NBA Championships: 2000,2001,2002,_____

PG-Antonio Daniels 10 ppg 5 apg 3 rpg
SG-Kobe Bryant 27 ppg 7 apg 5 rpg
SF-Lamar Odom 16 ppg 4 apg 7 rpg
PF-Kwame Brown 12 ppg 3 apg 10 rpg
C- Chris Mihm 8 ppg 2 apg 8 rpg
Andrew Bynum not in starting lineup beacause he could be like kobe who didnt start in his first 2 seasons and turns out into the next MJ . You can see bynum into the next shaq. He has alot of Potential too turn out great |

If Kwame really comes in and contributes more than he has for Washington, this team could potentially be a top team. On the other hand, if he remains an inconsistent player and brings the similar type of attitude he's exhibited while in Washington, I'm even hesitant to say we'll be a 5-8 seed.
Basically, it all depends if this turns into a good or bad gamble for Kupchak and the Lakers management. I'm purposely trying to be pessimistic about Kwame and AD's contributions (assuming all these moves are completed), until I actually see this team in action together. My initial reaction is not anticipating much. _________________ Just chill and watch the new Dynasty evolve...
