It’s funny when Kawhi is filmed doing anything other than playing basketball. He’s like that Japanese robot that shoots the ball…if he isn’t playing basketball, he doesn’t know what to do

I am by no means hating on him for doing anything, but it is funny how he has always been portrayed as the outlier. Only cares about the game and being private. Funny how he has become a spokesman for Honey dancing all up the videos (suge knight voice), demanding his own private stretch room, getting houses bought for his relatives, recruiting players getting coaches fired and players traded. all of this and never getting the blame.
We ain’t got nothing on the cLips...that squad too sexy!
Especially this year! With their mans swaggin the (bleep) out in suite clothes!
Song is brutally awful but it was funny seeing Drake wearing a Lakers jersey a few seconds before the part with Kawhi looking like a legit animatronic.
Psssh! Drake should do K-pop. He would’ve gotten 20M views by now in just 10 hours.
Yeah, the song is trash. The optics tho are hilarious. I’ll give Drake that...he certainly goes all in on entertain the masses.
But Ye’s record is much better imho. Way too overproduced, but definitely more in tune with my ear than Drake’s record was.
As for the Laker shout out, Drake had on a custom Kobe jersey, while Ye had a track on his album titled 24. _________________ Not familiar with the salary cap/CBA rules & how it impacts our Lakers?

He really did go Hollywood and “spotlights over streetlights.”
But good for him. He used desperate Ballmer to set his family up long-term.

Kawai is smart.
Signed with historically the worst franchise in all of sports with zero expectations, knowing that winning a round or 2 will get his number retired by them.
Got his relatives, relatives houses from the org. Chooses when to play with zero expectation of being the leader. Supposedly requested PG to play with him knowing he is arguably the biggest choker of "stars" and that he will get all of the blame.
that is 4d chess.
The smart move would have been to re-sign with Toronto for a year, win the championship again, and THEN bolt to the Clippers as the league’s biggest winner. Now that one championship just looks like a fluke.
He probably thought getting arguably the luckiest bounce in nba history wouldn’t happen again.
Not to mention having his Finals opponent lose two of their top three players to injury. _________________ "It’s like going to the Getty and standing in front of Van Gogh’s Irises while some schmuck next to you critiques individual brush strokes. Jerry West says the Clippers have one of the worst schedules in the league because they're the 3rd tenant at Staples Center. He believes getting the new arena will fix that.
Ballmer: “We use our expression, 'LA Our Way.' We’re building our own identity & if the other guys feel a little threatened-the other guys' fans, I mean; the players are actually a little different deal-but if they feel a little threatened, that's OK. It means we're doing good."

500 mil for 23 years is a good deal for the clippers. Chase center cost Chase 300 mil for 20 years. they might take away revenue from the staples center (besides losing the clippers)
clippers might be top 4 in terms of team value passing the bulls and the Celtics. the distance between 4 and 5 might be 1 billion +.
large market + new arenas generate more value and revenue.

Why can’t Ballmer just buy the arena himself rather than leasing it? _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

that's how much Intuit pays the clippers for the 23 years of naming rights.

New Clipper rumor that they’re trading for John Wall because he was hanging out with PG in LA last night while Ibaka, Morris, Bledsoe didn’t attend the Clippers ground breaking ceremony this morning. _________________
