Here's the brief ESPN article.

Long overdue.

Already rumors that Urban Meyer's "heart just isn't in it" with the Jaguars. Draw your own conclusions, folks.

They should have hired Urban when they had the chance.

Helton had to go, they had their will completely broken at home by Stanford. Guys quit on the field miserably.

Helton will look back in life and realize this was one of the best days of his life.....man been living on the hot seat for years.

If there is a report this week that Urban Meyer is struggling with some undisclosed health issues......The guy they need to go back up the Brinks truck for is Lincoln Riley. It is the perfect time for him to bounce before Oklahoma goes to the SEC and goes from the elite conference team to "one of the better teams in the conference".

USC has been lost in the wilderness since Pete Caroll bailed for the Seahawks. Yeah, they made the Rose Bowl a couple of times afterwards but they were never really in the national title conversation.

USC has been underachieving for years, but it was getting blown out at home by an unranked Stanford team that finally forced the administration to can Helton.

Meyers leaving the Jags might save Trevor Lawrence's career.

That plus an offensive line.

Nice guy, sorry it didn't work out. This year could get ugly for SC. And it looks like the sleepy bear in Westwood may have woken up for the first time since Rosen left...
