He’s been on a tear this past month.
Putting up more points than Melo not doing anything else.

Lamelo is playing lockdown defense dropping dimes winning games.

Pretty fun draft class this season to say the least

Edwards is already fearless and scoring with ease and with his size and athleticism he can be a beastly defender if he wants it. Could be a scary player after a few years of development.

Lakers win 137-121.

Not a pretty win for a defensive team, but still a solid win.

The big change was early in the third. Lakers were down 84-79 having given up 14 points in 4 minutes. After that, the D locked in. Over the next 20 minutes they would only give up 37 points. To put that in perspective, thats less than 90 points over a full game.

LBJ another triple double. Trez another 20+ point game. Kuz and THT had terrific efforts.

BTW, after starting 21-6, and losing AD the very next game, Lakers have gone 6-7. But take out that strange 4 game losing streak (where DS missed most of that if not all), team is 6-3 minus AD. Not too shabby.

Another future Laker prospect. I do so enjoy the Twolves and other similar clubs being our farm teams

I believe he will develop into a well rounded player. Not confident the Twolves will utilize him correctly.

Could possibly be a Jimmy Butler 2.0 situation in a couple years.

A lot will depend on how quickly he can punch his ticket out of that situation. Same with his teammate KAT.

T'Wolves aren't going anywhere if their main pieces never play on the floor together.

I think they are 10-2 if both LBJ and DS play, but no AD.

Dennis needs to clean up some things but he’s really important to this roster.

I fell asleep in the first quarter. Was this game good enough to justify watching the replay?

Start watching from the 8 minute mark in the third onward. Yes. Assuming you like watching our team play D

There is a terrific set of sequences in the fourth between LBJ and Trez as well that were just sheer joy as a fan to watch.

Zero D, all offense. 31-30 after first quarter. 71-70 at half (yes, we gave up a 40 burger in the 2nd, as did the TWolves). Layup line drills. Lots of foul calls and FTs.

Defense was god awful. Not this team's style of play at all.

Fun game, my real observation is the Lakers need a throwback blue and white court because those unis and that floor don't go together lol.
