And what does the rest of your top ten look like?

No one else sees Jokic??? Dude has the best PER, leads the league in FG's, has played the second most minutes, is 5th in points, 8th in rebounds, 3rd in assists, 8th in PPG, 11th in RPG, 7th in APG, is 12th in FG%, and can defend.

good resume for this season. Great question tho, what's the current top 10 order? Has Luka passed any of the old names (Kawhi, Steph, Harden)?

This is so, at the moment, but I think I'd go:

Jokic
Embid
LeBron
Giannis
Luka
Harden
Kawhi
Lillard
Steph
Durant--has to be here despite playing time since he is arguably the best in the game.

Dang, AD didn't make it (which is ok, his play dropped off this season)

Something like this:

Lebron
Giannis
Leonard
Embiid
Harden
Durant
Curry
Jokic
Davis
Doncic
Gobert
Brown
Lillard
George
Booker
Irving
Beal

I'm not invested in season-to-season rankings. I'm probably overrating Durant, because he still hasn't shown that he can stay healthy. I may be underrating Davis, but he wasn't playing that great even before the injury. I'm not sure Beal and Lillard even belong on the list because their defense is so bad. The same is true of Doncic, but it seems more clear that he belongs on the list. I may be undervaluing Brown, but I have suspicions that this may be a career year.

Just like all star snubs, the hard part is cutting 7 names out of that list

I like Jokic about there instead of top 5 which I see many people doing (Not just here). His defense is an issue once the Playoffs roll around imo. If he had someone like AD playing the 4 though .. That would be such a nightmare front court to face but luckily for us he doesn't in the slightest.

I also agree having AD lower if we're just talking "what have you done for me this season". He was clearly in power saving mode even before the injury. As long he comes back healthy I see him rising right back to top 3-5 by the time the Playoffs start.

The rest of the list name wise is about right I think even though i'd change a couple names around here and there but that's all more preference/opinion then anything else.

Embiid is the guy that made the big jump this season but even more so then AD that injury concern is always there.

They started the season ranked 1 and 2 in the NBA according to ESPN. Let that sink in. The two best players on the planet on the same team.

Hopefully AD comes back strong and they live up to their billing.

Yea I remember that but no way Anthony is the 2nd best player. Regardless I'm hoping he at least regains somewhere close to his level last season, we need that to contend

Not now. No where close I agree. But at the end of last year you could say he was a legit number 2. Especially with the ring.

Depends on which AD shows up for the playoffs.

He shot 56 of 112 from midrange in the bubble, TS% of 66.5% overall.

He was historically great.

👀 I haven't watched alot of Denver's games this year. But I'm struggling to believe the bolded.

The guy is a beast offensively though.

I think the ring is what pushes him over the rest, and in terms of being a good fit with LeBron I will take him over the others for sure. Individually though still tough for me to put him over guys like curry or kd even last year
