Happy for Randle. Got caught up in the crossfire between his agent and LA, and in what they were planning to do. Going to get paid. _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” ― Elie Wiesel |

Big props to Jules stepping up this year, especially in a contract year. Pay the man his money.
Of all the YUTES, I still have a strong attachment to him as he was the first high draft pick for the Lakers in a long time. _________________ Mission accomplished for Kobe. |

He's in a perfect situation to foster his individual game...don't think he would've been able to do that as a Laker. Good for the Knicks to finally have some hope.... |

If I’m Knicks, I’d flip Randle + picks for Beal now
Quickley-Beal-Barrett back court
D.Rose 6th man
M.Robinson Center
Go get Drummond and fill up rosters |

Would Washington do that? Randle still doesn’t seem like a winner to me. Big stats on a bad team. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

He's getting better and better. It's not just good stats, look at his 3 pt shooting, the distance, and his drastically improved %. Look at his ability to make difficult fallaway shots like the greats have learned. Speaking of big stats on a bad team, what winning achievements have Beal's high scoring games ever brought to Washington?
I wouldn't trade JR if I was NY. He's proving he's still getting better and that the Lakers were too impatient and gave up on him way too soon.
The suggestion to flip Randle + picks for Beal indicates a lack of belief in what he's doing. One thing is sure, with his continued hard work, his game has never regressed. There's no reason to believe his prolonged superior play is a sign of a hot streak, or bad opponents. |

I think the Knicks are the perfect situation for Randle....he has complete freedom to develop his game there. Lets not forget how many players avoided the Knicks in free agency so they had to lean on somebody like Randle who came there on his own. |

NY has a better record than Washington and is currently fighting for a playoff spot thanks to those big stats |

Dude is playing like a max player at this point and carrying a weak Knicks squad (albeit in the East). If they get above .500, he'll easily be in MVP contention.
I've been super impressed by our ex-Lakers as of late. They will always be welcome here. Once a Laker, always a Laker. _________________ "The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong." — Gandhi |

(bleep) yes, go Jules. I knew he was a stud, thanks for proving me right kiddo. Same to DLO, Ball, JC, Hart, Nance, Ingram, Wagner, and Zu - i knew you'd be exactly what you became. |

Thibs is the first good coach he's played for, right? I think Gentry's a better assistant than HC and Luke's coaching record speaks for itself. _________________ https://youtube.com/watch?v=MPeP09FV3tk |

I'm still sad that Magic just jettisoned Jules like that. I understand with LBJ it's an awkward fit, but it should have been worth investigating at least for a season. I feel like we would have had two wrecking balls with him and LBJ. _________________ Mission accomplished for Kobe. |

I've seen enough of him guarding Harden (and punking sHarden everal times on game ending drives) to feel that Jules would double as our big wing defender. Guys like Kawhi/PG are definitely not quicker than him and he has the size/strength to not get bodied like so many of our guards. _________________ KOBE |
