I watched it live, damn impressive. It even has a drone like thing they are going to try flying to get more images and they are going to try producing oxygen from the CO2 in the atmosphere.

Amazing technology to actually be able to land that thing on Mars and have it collect samples of that planet. Impressive stuff.

That we KNOW of...I've seen those old Star Trek shows, the native inhabitants might be living far beneath the Martian surface, just waiting to kill some anonymous ensign in a red shirt.
